[name removed] to has not honored the warranty on rusted storage door reported in october 2020 at move in Requested replacement. Since then the property management was handed to the HOA a month ago. Now it is being referred e eerywhete when responsibility existed with [name removed] to. Was told that min to handed back to contractor who said they building was 5 years old and would not fix it so [name removed] to delayed and handed to HOA to manage. I have been sent to master association, condo association and brian shankle. I want it replaced soon as it should have been done in october.

The process was pretty smooth. I was a little irritated that we had to use [name removed]'s [name removed] company (or we would have lost incentives), especially since a different title company we've used before had more competitive prices, but this wasn't a huge deal in the grand scheme of things.

I think there needs to be better HOA transparency regarding policy and procedures. There needs to be a direct Point of Contact …. between the 2 HOAs, almost $700 a month.

Everything went very smoothly and everyone involved was friendly and extremely helpful. [name removed] was such a pleasure and answered every question we had. [name removed] in the warranty department was very detailed in making our home perfect! Excellent experience and we highly recommend to everyone we know.

The place has great amenities. The upkeep of the community is lacking. A defective window which was promised to be replaced on inspection before closing on my Unit was not replaced and a subpar repair was done instead.

So far, pretty good. My contact for punchiest/corrective issues is professional and responsive. Minor items repaired quickly. I have one item still pending since pre-close with no firm agreement to fix--so I'm anxious to get agreement on this (Lanai framing system has significant corrosion and peeling).

[name removed], our sales agent, was AMAZING. Being a few hours away, she truly went above and beyond so many times, even so much as holding some of our new ceiling fans in her office for weeks! She went to measure things we needed when we couldn't get there, was available literally around the clock and was so so so extremely helpful. I can't imagine working with anyone else every again that doesn't have the care, concern and passion that she has. In addition, we have a 13 year old daughter who now idolizes her. She took the time to get to know her likes and dislikes such as scuba diving, and even sent us some places she should check out. Overall, she made this process so seamless. In addition, [name removed], the construction super, who did our walk was also spectacular. In todays world, I was just shocked to get the level of service he provided. Truly hands on, caring and of service. He was amazing!

Prior to closing and during the first year of owning the home, I can’t begin to explain how much we enjoyed working with [removed].
