We moved in June 27th, multiple defects that were found after moving in, it took 2 months to replace a toilet holder replacement that fell out of the wall, Had to have a shower door in master bathroom that took about a month to fix, requiring adjusted as it was crooked and water was passing by, I still have a cracked bathtub in the spare bathroom from 4 months ago October 2025, that I have to continue to have send multiple follow up emails, still pending, no action. I have provided other suggestions to get this fixed, but no feedback. We now notice there is a crack in stucco that is at entrance of garage, which we have a picture and will be submitting for repair. We had to replace smoke alarms as they were not working correctly, assuming they are expired or ventilation is not adequately directed. The landscaping of having mulch around the base of house, leading to more insects and bugs/ termites, would have preferred to have rock/gravel around the perimeter of building; utility covers coming off because of excess water there is a lack of adequate drainage, washing away the mulch. The most thing I liked with [name removed] was during the building process, updated every week on build, the builder [name removed] was great and provided us with all answers to our questions. The most thing dislike of [name removed] is how long or incomplete of fixing warranty items, possible quality of the appliances vs installation, and unleveled of the cabinets, and terrible delay of fixing defects or repairs, per above.

I spoke to various professional builders about [name removed]'s reputation, and they all said the same thing: SOLID. I had various builders and contractors look at the house while it was being constructed, and they had zero complaints. In fact, they were impressed with the strong attention to detail. But what struck me most was the continual updates on the progress of the home. Quality was never an issue. [name removed] had been transparent from "sales" to closing. Even now, six months into my beautiful new home, I'm loving it every moment. All the products are quality. All the workmanship was as if the workers were building their own homes. And the treatment from Day One has been of the highest caliber and expectations that the type of investment would command. I'm proud to recommend [name removed] to anyone who would consider them.

From start to current, [name removed] has been extremely difficult to deal with. It took 5 years from the time of my first visit until my closing to obtain a house. The process was problematic and resulted in me paying over $200k more than other homeowners that built my model at an earlier date. I asked my project manager for just 2 items during the building process. Neither were completed. My project mgr was sent elsewhere a week before the walk-thru. The new project mgr never rectified what was promised to fix the 2 items that were wrong. I have a sliding door with scratched glass and the lumber company does not show when they are scheduled. Extremely difficult process!

And when we made the pre-closing walk-through, we were BLOWN AWAY by how stunningly gorgeous the house turned out to be -- exceeding our wildest dreams. The communication with my sales representative, [name removed], was excellent, as well as responsiveness of my building superintendent, [name removed]. However, the quality of the work by contractors appeared to be lacking, as there were numerous items to be fixed. Although most were fixed by the final walk-through, the clear lack of pride in doing an excellent job was apparent, especially with the electrical contractors.

We were very disappointed that [name removed] would not allow us very simple and easy changes that we asked for such as having the reading lights in the bedroom be on separate switches which should be standard since one person may want to read while the other wants to sleep. Also not letting the homeowner know that when installing a ceiling fan that the black wire, which is normally the live wire used, is dead and that you have to use the red wire would have been nice and would have saved me a lot of time and frustration.

They were both truly amazing, and I felt very heard and valued during the process (even when life through me a few curve balls in the middle of it all). So I had a sense of trust with them. Developing good working relationships is very important to me, so going through the last steps with new folks was a little hard on me. That being said, [name removed] and [name removed] were good to work with, so that helped.

I cannot say enough good things and be happier from the beginning of the process up to the warranty, I felt that the staff the builder had in place supported through every single stage; all questions & concerns were quickly addressed and I felt like all staff went above & beyond to ensure that this was a very smooth process!!! Minto is the Best Builder !!!

He was clearly 'Above And Beyond' any building Super we've had with other builders we've had on our previous build projects and he was very meticulous in ensuring Excellent Quality in the finished product.
