Everything is exactly how we hoped it would be. If something does need addressing it is immediately fixed. We like that our little cottage feels very "bunker" like. Very solid construction.

We had [name removed] as our sales representative. She was amazing. We then met [name removed] and became friends to a point that if I had any questions about the community or basically anything, she went above and beyond to help us or get the answers for us. And our builder has to be the best [name removed] employs. [name removed] was involved in every aspect of our build and we received weekly updates which was so appreciated.

I love my Master Care [name removed], [name removed]!! She is very responsive, caring, understanding and patient. She has always come through in a timely manner to have issues with my home corrected to my satisfaction. I dislike the fact that my builder, [name removed], left major issues that I pointed out well before closing, to Master Care to resolve. My master shower had to be ripped out and retiled due to [name removed] accepting poor workmanship from the sub-contractor in order to get my home closed on [name removed]'s schedule. This resulted in my being without the use of my master bathroom and bedroom for a full month while the corrective work was being completed.

Liked that we were provided with this service and do appreciate, nice selling point, says alot about the builder. Thank you. Appreciate we have an assigned Representative also. Dislike, but understand the rep can not control the vendors, on when they are available or the self quality control of the vendors. EX: Mirrors were replaced and corrected but took 2 visits.

Information on the A’s and better communication about the deposits and % down. More information on pool options (never communicated with about pool from company) liked the information from [name removed] the superintendent was excellent and made us feel confident & at ease

We like the extended warranty (first 2 years) and having a MasterCare representative ([name removed]) who works with us to resolve issues. We also had a wonderful sales rep ([name removed]) and Superintendent ([name removed]) who made the process smooth...both keeping us informed along the way before and during the build. Honestly can't think of anything we disliked.

i can honestly say the PEOPLE and the service has been exceptional-from [name removed] [name removed] to [name removed] now my minto go to-they have gone above and beyond to meet my needs and address any newly arisen problems immediately. For example I had a circuit breaker needing to be changed ( didn't know what was wrong) and [name removed] had the electrician there within the hour. Any type of newly seen or develooped problems are handled this way. I have [name removed]'s cell number and he Always picks up!!!

We like the house and feel the house itself was well built with good craftsmanship. Our builder [name removed] was great. The follow up with MASTERCARE has been good also with [name removed]. We are not happy with our pool finish and the Dreamscapes company.

My sales rep did a poor job of explaining the "A" options and keeping me informed. I spent a year on the waiting list with no communication from him. Also, in reviewing the blueprints I am finding errors in the construction and minor quality issues. On the plus side I think the house is basically very well built and it seems that [name removed] is willing to correct the issues I am dealing with.

We were very satisfied with our builder but not as much with the design and sales. We did not like that we had to select A options before we were allowed to see what the B options were. If we had known the entire options, we would have selected differently. This resulted in less satisfaction in our overall selections. We also felt rushed with our A options because our sales person needed to meet their monthly quota and we did not feel that all of our questions were fully answered (ex: what was included with the key drop and the cabinets in the laundry room). This cost us an extra $12,000. In addition, we are very disappointed with the countertops. We selected counters based on a sample in the design center but the product does not match that sample. We brought this up once before and they brought out a few other samples from the design center that did match, but not the sample we saw when we selected. The quartz installed does not look like the sample we chose. We have supplied pictures of this to our builder and warranty representative.

First, the sales person communication was POOR. I was moved to several sales people without my knowledge. Started with [name removed] then I was moved to [name removed] (without notification) then to [name removed] (without notification) then to [name removed] (without notification). Confusing and frustrating given emails are fast and easy. Second, when I noticed that my home construction was not matching the plans, my builder made blew it off. "You will never notice that", "The house has already been inspected" and "That is how we do it with all the houses". I was unhappy and had to drive to the sales center to complain before he called me and agreed to block the 3&4 gang switches as the plans called for. I have no idea what other specifications in the plans he did not follow ot what downstream impact that will have on this house. Disappointing. On the other hand my builder did move a few electrical outlets to make my house more livable. The gas bib on the lanai was placed under the TV outlet which is impractical. One would never barbeque under a TV. I had to pay a handsome fee after close to have this moved. This is just stupid planning. I would think [name removed] would catch that in the plans. Since I never got to approve the plans before they were sent to the city, I had to rely on [name removed] to catch these stupid planning errors. There is no clear communication on how the homeowner communicates with Minto/Builder during the build. I was lucky and was renting here so I could see the house each week. My builder sent an email each week but many things were not on that email. No clear communication on what the home owner can request in terms of corrections or fixes during or after close. No clear communication on what is [name removed]'s responsibility vs. [name removed] [name removed] city responsibility. I need a curtain to be placed on the back side of a street light and my ticket was closed stating that is a city responsibility but not clear if or when that will happen. No mail service in Phase 8 and no clear idea when that will be resolved. As you can see communication is the biggest flaw here.

The service is fine but not thrilled with some quality issues. Why are vents in house soffits acting like microphones? I can hear outside in my bathrooms and living room . Small fixes and touchups have been fine . Not suppose to be able to hear neighbor but can hear garage opening?

Didn't like being on the list to purchase a home. The rules for the list were very nebulous. We had no idea how far down the list we were and what our opportunity to purchase a home at a very important time in our lives was.

Employees have been wonderful, including [name removed] my sales rep, [name removed], builder, girls at the counter at the design center. Two issues: fined by [name removed] $5800 for not closing on the date I was forced to accept for closing, verbalizing my home in Texas had not been sold. July 1 the house was to go on the market however I had been ill while decluttering, & the last week of June discovered I had cancer. Operation 8/1/23, then 3 months to te over & have treatment. Then a death in the family in Oct, then a terrible auto accident Christmas [name removed] put me in the hospital. Auto totaled by a drunk in a double cab, who also went to the hospital, and is now in prison. So many bad things happened that had never happened before. All obstacles to to selling the house. Finally has 3 contracts on the house, first 2 fell through. Lowered the price of the house and got full price on the 3rd contract. [name removed] did get the fines but in half but I’m very angry with [name removed]. I’m 77 years old, single, and had a series of unfortunate events that impacted my selling the house more timely. None of that mess was planned by me. I need the cash that I have to survive and am very careful with money, so to lose money is devastating. I am aware what is in the contract , but common sense should prevail. [name removed] is a large successful company with way more resources & funds than me! The other issue is my stainless steel sink in the kitchen. I e had the same size, stainless sink for years with no scratches. Washed one old pan of mine for the first time & was appalled at the scratch marked in the sink. Apparently the sink is made with inferior steel & I am expected to be happy with a scratched up sink the rest of my life? Master Care cannot/ will not do anything about this issue so I have to buy a replacement that is not cheaply made but better quality. That is an issue for me. [name removed] should have done better! [name removed] was great, did a great job. The house is comfy & so cute. He deserves a medal!!

The only part I did not like was the sales agent experience while on "the list". Not being kept update, allowed to ask questions or contact her was very frustrating and almost discouraging from following through with purchase. From the time we got the lot everything has been perfect.

i can honestly say the PEOPLE and the service has been exceptional-from [name removed] [name removed] to [name removed] now my minto go to-they have gone above and beyond to meet my needs and address any newly arisen problems immediately. For example I had a circuit breaker needing to be changed ( didn't know what was wrong) and [name removed] had the electrician there within the hour. Any type of newly seen or develooped problems are handled this way. I have [name removed]'s cell number and he Always picks up!!!

You can tell the workers have been rushing to get the development done so that [name removed] can get out. It’s frustrating to have to always be home for one repair after another. But my mastercare rep has been great.

The service is fine but not thrilled with some quality issues. Why are vents in house soffits acting like microphones? I can hear outside in my bathrooms and living room . Small fixes and touchups have been fine . Not suppose to be able to hear neighbor but can hear garage opening?

The only part I did not like was the sales agent experience while on "the list". Not being kept update, allowed to ask questions or contact her was very frustrating and almost discouraging from following through with purchase. From the time we got the lot everything has been perfect.

I love my Master Care [name removed], [name removed]!! She is very responsive, caring, understanding and patient. She has always come through in a timely manner to have issues with my home corrected to my satisfaction. I dislike the fact that my builder, [name removed], left major issues that I pointed out well before closing, to Master Care to resolve. My master shower had to be ripped out and retiled due to [name removed] accepting poor workmanship from the sub-contractor in order to get my home closed on [name removed]'s schedule. This resulted in my being without the use of my master bathroom and bedroom for a full month while the corrective work was being completed.

We like the extended warranty (first 2 years) and having a MasterCare representative ([name removed]) who works with us to resolve issues. We also had a wonderful sales rep ([name removed]) and Superintendent ([name removed]) who made the process smooth...both keeping us informed along the way before and during the build. Honestly can't think of anything we disliked.
