There area several strange/odd things Minto did that distract from the overall quality of the home. 1- Off white toilets and high hats against bright white walls. 2 - The sales person could not explain why it cost more money to move the outlet/cable high in the great room where one exists than to add new connection in the hobby room or even outside! 3- The stains on the side walk from the sand/pavers used and wont clean it up. I am very happy with MasterCare. [name removed], our rep, has been very responsive, friendly and courtesy.

The only negative experience I had was with my sales person during the waiting/wait list process. I was forbidden to call or email with questions. I'm hearing now from other residents that this was not the case with them. She was very kind, friendly and helpful when I actually talked with her.

everything was great. [name removed] worked with us for the purchase of the land and getting started. [name removed] was our design person and we enjoyed working with her but know that she is no longer working. [name removed] was our construction manager and kept us posted every step of the way, even sending pictures of the progress at least weekly. He gave us a very informative walk- through and made sure that we understood the workings of the house, interior and exterior. We also appreciated the great information he provided on hurricanes since we were there during Hurricane [name removed]! We were concerned regarding being in Oklahoma and building in LMDB, but it was a needless concern on our part. We give kudos to [name removed] and [name removed] and 10's as well. Would have given higher if the scale went higher! Great work, team and [name removed]!!

We had 2 project managers, the first one Whom I believe left the company started out very good then went drastically down hill. Stop weekly communications when e mailed her did not respond back to us at all for a long period of time, prob over a month. Had to get in touch u with our sales agent, to see what was going on, did t know what happened to her. Then received a phone call from [name removed] stating he was our new project manager. He was very good returned e mails, phone calls and weekly updates. No issues with him at all. Over very very good

the initial building process was a little rough with a few errors made and had to involve sales to make a correction. we thoroughly enjoyed working with [name removed] in master care who has been fantastic, he's very knowledgeable and resolved our issues to our satisfaction.

We had four builders throughout the process. Our first builder did not update us hardly at all. The second builder was better. Third was better still and the last builder was great. I wish we could have had the last builder throughout the entire process

Not all of my concerns have been addressed, specifically the quality & condition of the pavers. Other things have been corrected, but it’s a bit of a struggle. Wish things were just done right the 1st time, I don’t have a lot of free time to make multiple appointments for things to be corrected. I am pleased with my builder & my [name removed]’s too bad that they have to coordinate the clean up of messes left by the use of production questionable quality, somewhat misleading sales reps/designers & maybe unqualified sub contractors.

We have been very happy with the care provided by our Mastercare representative. We are happy with the two-year warranty and the things included. We are not as pleased about the length of time it has taken to get a cabinet door corrected. It was flagged before we closed and still hasn’t been replaced.

In fact, my neighbors are jealous that I hear back from him so quickly and that my problems are addressed within days. That said, I've been lucky with my home--I haven't needed much attention!

[name removed] is simply the best at everything he does. I didn't have him initially as my builder and WOW what a difference when he took over. He had weekly check-ins, answered each question (a TON), was patient and common-sensical, and really cares about the home buyer. Even after the closing, [name removed] has such a warm, friendly, and professional demeanor that is top notch. When he took over as my building, my confidence in the quality of product I bought skyrocketed. [name removed] represented [name removed] AND me in all aspects of my build. I heard about [name removed] from a neighbor (he was their builder 4 years ago) and they had ONLY great things to say about [name removed] - and ALL OF THEM were absolutely true and on point. If I had to do this all over again, [name removed] would be my reason to do so. [name removed] is truly a GREAT asset to [name removed]! THANK YOU!
