With additional houses and people, my concern is being able to access the amenities (i.e., gym and pool, etc.). Is there enough space available for everyone without it being TO OVERCROWDED? Will there be enough access to the pool lounge chairs and machines in gym? [name removed] should have considered this before adding ALL the new houses. The homeowners HOA should NOT increase due to [name removed]'S greediness in trying to build on every piece of land to generate revenue for themselves. [name removed] should pay for another pool and larger gym. The homeowners should NOT be so inconvenienced.

Love the LMDB community! I have a quality home in a wonderful neighborhood that will only continue to grow in value. Love the green spaces that were maintained. Not enough parking in area of town center and no guest parking areas in each phase. Adding those and perhaps 2-3 more feet of driveway would be a wonderful addition!

All timeline dates from purchase and sales agreement to closing were met on schedule in a timely matter. Everything that was proposed and expected from start to finish was executed with no surprises. I disliked the cosmetic finish product of the left over paint drippings and the messy cosmetic latex paintable caulking that was very messy throughout the house repetitively in almost every corner where the shoe molding meets up against the baseboard and anywhere else there was caulking, it wasn’t tooled properly,.

However, the home experience was like moving through a deli line at the grocery store (take a number) the only [name removed] rep for having things addressed that did/is doing a good job is [name removed] I own 2 homes in the community and the home in phase 6 is still (got a ticket going and I am waiting on worker to update me instead of following up, with the amount of money spent I would have expected better!!! The quality of after the sale needs drastic improvement

The people I worked with have all been amazing! Particularly [name removed]. Only a few things I am not happy with: What difference would it make to have different color cabinets on the bottom vs the top? They are exactly the same just 2 different colors. This is a 55 and over community. People shrink as they age, the wire shelves in the closet is hung at 7 feet. The only way I could reach the top is with a stool. The same applies to the laundry room, And for that matter the shower head. Maybe the [name removed] designers are former NBA players? I am in the [name removed]. When you walk in from the garage, the closest light switch is 7 feet from door. Again, not sure why 7 feet but I just measured. There really should be a light switch near the door you enter from. These are just my thoughts. I doubt anyone really reads these but would be very impressed to hear your thoughts on these 3 things.

Think how the warrenty is handled is very sloppy. Been waiting for a month for one activity to take place. My warrenty guy went on vacation but did not change his answering recording so I left 3 messages. Wasted time. Called main number- he’s on vacation. Had no heat or air. Never heard from him. Took 4 visits and 7 ac guys to fix my ac. They left a mess outside my house. Had to pay [name removed] $2500 at closing, [name removed] date of closing not mine because 2 contracts on my house fell through, 3rd contract sold my house but was charged $ for every day that I did not close. Buyer chose the date. & insisted on that dste. So I’m now out $2500. I’m old, single, need that money. [name removed] is no friend to me

Have major problems with our tiled floors. The tile was defective and we need that to be resolved. Also, the garage floor looked like a 20 plus year old floor with indentations everywhere. This needs to be taken care of as well. Take care of these issues and we will give a more positive rating. We need to see how you take care of these

The landscape they installed around my cottage is very low quality with a large portion of the sod being dead when installed. The sprinklers did not run for the first 4 months. This week the fertilized only a portion of the lawn.

I loved these two people who were key during my process. [name removed] went above and beyond to help me with my choices. She followed up several times to see if I needed help and when I did, she resolved my issue immediately. [name removed] expedited all my requests. He took care of things in the same day and did not make me feel like I was being a pest. One dislike. When I first called the sales office to make my first appointment, I was told by someone in your corporate office that I needed a broker or I would be assigned one. I got a broker and she came with me to my first meeting with [name removed], which lasted 30 minutes. My broker had no role going forward. I read on my closing statement that [name removed] paid $10800 in commission to my broker, who came to a 30-minute meeting. I am upset that I was told I needed a broker (or I would be assigned one) and that she was paid $10800 for doing nothing. If anyone should get a commission, it should be the person who referred me and introduced me to [name removed], [name removed] owner at 916 Bama Breeze Drive. He should receive a referral fee. Thank you.

The whole process seemed rushed.... from choosing your A's & B's having just a 4 to 5 hr. Window to choose your finishes under pressure along with not having an opportunity to make a change or 2, or additions. Then you pay for level 5 product only to get level 2 to 3 results. Our cabinets have been looked at for blemishes, they have changed doors and the same blemishes exist. Everyone who looks at them agrees with our assessment, I am not speaking of friends or family, I am speaking of tradesmen, sub- contractors for [name removed]. A part of my countertop was installed 3/8ths of an inch out of level. Myself as a Carpenter sees it everyday. We closed 2 plus months earlier than we were told which indicates to me that people were rushed so to close and bank $$$. That counter top as a tradesman is atrocious work that only a real trademark can see. It also has a Crack in the corner where it was trimmed improperly. There is so much more I can say.... If your really interested maybe you can stop by or call. People just no longer take pride in their work its all about the [name removed]'s $$.
