The lack of flexibility on some of the options. Example. I wanted the Vent Hood and Microwave/Oven, but also want a second oven. You offer a stand alone oven/range that could easily have been installed in place of the cabinet and is available if I would have chosen to not have the vent hood. More flexibility would be great.

I appreciate the [name removed] representatives . They are responsive and take care of any issues that come up. They are very personable and easy to work with. The Landscaping Co do NOT do a good job. My palm tree dead , bushes dying , all bushes are mostly dead, long weeds and grass in all beds, soakers do not work around house or in center of driveway and requested tree to be removed from center of driveway , scratched cars, reported all this , sent 4 work requests and Nothing! Our landscaping is Very Poor!!!! I believe this is a HOA problem. When they send a young guy out to look , he never turns water on and was arrogant and never even bent over to look or took photos? I sent photos to [name removed] and nothing yet!! No one cares about the Landscaping. So disappointed. .. it’s an irrigation problem….. the sprinklers and soakers do Not come on . I have reported this since May. The landscape guys they send Do not check anything . They drive up , walk around and leave ! If you go outside to discuss they just dont check anything at all and leave .. this is a real problem. Our landscaping looks like an apt complex. We paid a lot of money for our pool, extended lanai , screen and 2 palm tress and everything behind it is Dead. Your Minto Master Care [name removed] is Excellent , your Landscaping [name removed] gets a Zero. Even Now..After numerous service requests, our tiny shrubs, palm trees , bushes and grass continues to wither away and the vehicle damaging tree between our driveways still stands and bushes under it dying??

The active lifestyle options are great. The sense of community is great. We have had issues with the HOA living up to their commitment. In phase 8, when deciding on a villa that backed up to another villa, we were promised that there would be a natural barrier of trees and plants. Unfortunately, after a year of living here, that promise has not yet been met. The plantings are few and far between and not in good health. I can look out my lanai and see directly in my neighbor’s living room. This would not be possible had the right plants and trees been planted. We also have had plants die, with HOA tickets to replace them go unresolved for 60+ days.

I think a couple of my small issues could have been resolved to my satisfaction-wanted palm tree shutters even at my expense for my cottage. Also my lanai has a crack that is not being fixed. Otherwise, love my home so much!!

I wish there were more modern cabinet options. And the bathroom shower that was included in home, it would have been nice to have been told that it was a very short door and enclosure. My husband has to duck to get in. Had we known we would have upgraded the shower.

Appreciate all updates from our builder. [name removed]. We were in tx even our remote close was smooth as ever. After moving in we found a few cheap shortcuts. Not sure if it’s minto? Or electrician? Lightbulbs were not the new type & we would think they be the ones that do not get hot!!electrical issues are still forthcoming.

He was easy to reach, explained the process clearly, resolved every issue that came up along the way and said from the start to trust him. I trusted [name removed] and he came through for us. Sometimes it wasn’t easy to deal with the setbacks we had during the build, but [name removed] always reassured us that we would receive a quality home at closing, and we did.

The attention to detail on certain things is lacking, although the house and lot are very nice. I'm surprised with how many things we've had to get corrected through MasterCare which hasn't been a great experience either. There are a few items still open since closing in Jan 2026.

We had three different ones during our first build in phase 3 and a terrible experience but [name removed] definitely gave me confidence back in the building process. My [name removed] home is the 3rd new construction home I've bought throughout my life. It is by far the best experience yet. Really "Best in Class" operation. Our assigned construction manager, [name removed], was just great! Two years next month marks the 2nd Anniversary of Hurricane [name removed], where my Palm Harbor, FL home and every possession owned, including cars were destroyed. I am still dealing with it today. The daily stress is sometimes overwhelming. But my purchase at [name removed]'s LMWS was straightforward and we were kept abreast of the progress all along the way! We, the residents have given up on them. [name removed] has been very helpful regarding this issue and is actively working with the builder to repair the damage done to our street.

[name removed], my builder, was also very knowledgeable and did a great job addressing any concerns. My only suggestion would be to offer a few more customization options, such as luxury vinyl plank flooring instead of laminate. [name removed] and [name removed] and [name removed] at the front desk were always friendly and eager to help. All three design ladies helped tremendously over our build, we had several questions and [name removed], [name removed] and [name removed] were great help.

It’s all just preferences and opinions on how things could be done differently. I think it is hard on employees to be so reliant on survey scores and I found the purchase process to be a bit of a surprise with the amount of money that needs to be spent on top of base price but in all not a bad experience.

I think it is hard on employees to be so reliant on survey scores and I found the purchase process to be a bit of a surprise with the amount of money that needs to be spent on top of base price but in all not a bad experience.
