We have been submitting multiple items of concern to our MasterCare Representative, by email & telephone calls over the past 11 months. Our last written submittal was on July 29, 2024 and last email was October 24, 2024. There are still remaining items that have never been addressed or only partially addressed. As the neighborhood continues to expand & time passes, we are concerned that our outstanding "punch list" items have been overlooked.

Our Mastercare Representative does not follow up with, he still hasn’t finished repairs on our six month walk through and he set up an appointment for our one year walk through on October 16th and was a no show haven’t heard from anybody since. I am asking for a new Mastercare Representative.

Firstly, the questions asked in the previous 3 questions are not addressing the warranty service/customer care experience and we were told my our MasterCare [name removed], [name removed] that he would be evaluated on our answers to those questions in this survey. Additionally, the questions listed in this section do not adequately separate warranty service/customer care experiences we have encountered and in no way do our ratings reflect the level of service provided by our MasterCare Representative ([name removed]). [name removed] has done the best he can under the circumstances. The warranty service/customer care should not be linked to the quality of my home because MasterCare had no control over the building process. The builder/Minto-USA passes all of the poor quality and mistakes over to Mastercare to FIX and this reflects poorly on Mastercare as a whole. Since our move in date (April 19, 2024) we have endured 35 warranty work tickets performed by MasterCare, 2 separate appointments for our swimming pool that led to it being drained and polished that are not listed on [name removed]'s work ticket history. During our 6 month walkthrough last week we showed [name removed] issues that resulted in 24 new problems that will result in new work tickets. Imagine having to sit and wait in your new home, that you paid over a half of a million dollars for this many times. Not only is this mentally and emotionally draining it requires one to physically be around from 8a.m.- 12:00 noon or 12:00 noon to 4:00 p.m. for each appointment. This has resulted in our waiting over 250 hours during our first 6 months of living here. This has been most troubling and something we never imagined having to go through. Sadly, it has made us re-evaluate if we want to continue living here. The demands of waiting for these appointments is bad enough but we have also endured, whether intentional or not, misleading comments about our HVAC system and the changes made to similar units like ours now being built. When a MasterCare Supervisor tells you "your unit is the fix" but then won't elaborate on the issue it's one thing. To know he was wrong and for the homeowner to have more information than him is another. I told his supervisor "I don't know" is always a better answer. Additional HVAC performance tests and evaluations were provided, however some of the work was done haphazardly or incompletely and we have had to argue for and demand results which have still not been provided. Some results have been denied to us after the tests were done which has led to further distrust and concerns when they could have helped ease concerns and made us feel better about our home purchase. Lastly, during the many repair appointments, the contractors used showed up without a Master Care [name removed], at times didn't even know what they were doing and many times were unable to communicate with us due to language barriers. This brief summary does not begin to reflect all of our concerns and frustrations. [name removed] has done all he can but at this point it's beyond his authority to do anything. We feel a face to face meeting is necessary with Minto-USA/MasterCare Supervisors beyond what is available on this site. Ms. [name removed] is aware of our problems but conversations with her are no longer helpful as well. I hope this evaluation truly matters as many in our phase of LMWS and surrounding phases of LMWS are experiencing similar issues.

Flooring was not well done , have to have it redone twice and there is still some spots that we have just settled to accept. Additionally, door casings and some trim were poorly prepped and painted as we did some painting of walls and the painters tape peeled the paint off the casings. Lastly, our yard was not properly graded and sodded. We continue to experience poor grass areas and landscaping that died and not fully replaced.

I did not like the inability to see the offered lot in person prior to purchase. The process for lot offers seemed somewhat mysterious; there was perceived pressure to accept the lot offer quickly to get the elevation plan desired. Passing on a lot was deemed risky because the process to obtain a second lot offer was not well communicated or known.

I have very little to dislike- [name removed] our builder was great, with constant updates If anything it would be the quality of the stove- I do a lot of cooking and opted to get a gas stove- the stove is a piece of crap - would offer another brand - the manufacturer should be embarrassed to offer it!!

I cannot give enough praise to them, they are huge assets to [name removed] and have never, never ever not returned a text or email. [name removed], from the building side kept me in the loop every inch of the way - I am even compiling an album of the whole experience - I was truly blessed with having them on my team!!!

our mastercare rep and his “boss” have ignored our concerns regarding out cracked concrete driveway The crack runs across the entire width of the driveway. They are condescending and rude. The landscaping on our entire street is dismal. The construction workers use our drive to turn around their trucks. I am in real estate and we are owners of multiple properties. this has been very disappointing and upsetting.

The activities are a little bit mixed up. I’m referring to Bingo & Trivia. Bingo is so bad at the bar & chill that 30 of us are now having it once a month at someone’s house. It’s to loud and very unorganized. There is also no one with [name removed] that stays or checks out what is going on on the weekend with the live music. People park their carts illegally, people set their chairs out in front of their cart in the roundabout and block traffic, and people smoke cigarettes and pot, and vape in the crowd around the dance floor. Telling people the rules in an email does no good because the offender know there is no consequence to breaking the rules. The pool area is also a mess. People bringing their own food, minors unattended, smoking, children in adult only areas of pool. I know you are under staffed, but sadly the poor behavior is only going to get worse as we grow in size.
