I think everyone is trying to do a good job. However, I think you grew too quickly too rapidly and were unable to do your best job. I like it here but you need some help in communicating with homeowners. I would suggest one website with various links. Right now you have too many different sites. Had to argue about the pavers we had selected through pool company. Wrong pavers were installed and delayed closing two weeks. Missed out on the very end of pool season.

From our inspection on closing day, April 29, 2022 there were 38 deficiencies of the 68 items inspected. The majority of them have recently been completed. However, we are still waiting on the sliders to be replaced. [name removed] says they are in but several scheduled appointments had to be cancelled. [name removed] has been trying his best to get the contractors lined up but his job is like herding cats.

Our last foreman, [name removed] was great! [name removed] & [name removed] came on board to help fix the many issues that would take all their coordination to get completed. They have made much progress but there are still things to be fixed. [name removed],[name removed] & [name removed] are so geared to helping the homeowner feel good about their home and showing us they really care. [name removed] their assistant has also helped in this process. We had 4 supervisor changes over the 10 month process. This really contributed to the many problems that were not addressed prior to closing as each superintendent was being forced to cover too many homes and then would get shifted to a new batch. I cant understand how its cost effective to do so many things twice instead of the quality control to get them right the first time.

Very unhappy with [name removed] Tile contractor, plumber, painter, door installer, cleaners-rough/final and the HOA management of our cottage, phase 2 areas. Unexpected surprise, in lack of quality. We closed 4:28/22

[name removed] is an excellent Superintendent! [name removed] appears to be good also. The trades, such as electricians were a challenge. Lead electrician [name removed] came over to straighten everything out,,,, he was professional. [name removed], Mastercare, is outstanding!

Although customer care is trying, service has been very slow. We are now 6 months in ( 1/4 of our warranty) and some things like the front door are still not done. [name removed] is putting new homes that are not even occupied yet, over current owners. Another thing that happens is customer care will schedule some one to come by to fix something. We get a vague timeframe like “Tuesday “ and the service person doesn’t show, wasting our day waiting.

Poor workmanship throughout the house, including: damaged baseboards; bad baseboard joints, caulking and painting; damaged interior doors; damaged cabinet doors and drawer faces; damaged door trim; gaps in flooring; incomplete tile on master shower; misfitting window screens; poor quality drywall texture; exposed drywall tape; paint stains on carpeting; damaged concrete driveway; wrong edge on kitchen counters; misfitting kitchen and master bathroom backsplash; missing caulk; electrical outlets that were drywalled over; chandelier junction box that was drywalled over; slider doors installed backwards; missing toilet paper holders; missing towel bars; fist-sized hole in roof sheathing; lack of bathroom threshold causes carpet pulls; We have not received our insulated garage door.

My salesperson barely spoke to me, then I was switched to a new one who was much more pleasant. Unfortunately I was switched back to the original...They didn't speak to me until closing day. I never really heard much progress on my home, would've liked to receive the promised weekly updates from builders. Builders were switched so often that it was impossible to ever get a good relationship with them.

Our experience with the sales department selecting out A’s and B’s went very well. [name removed] and [name removed] were very helpful as we did this virtually. On the construction side we wished there was more proactive communication as the home was being built. We tried to coordinate a closing date that worked better for us but our request was not considered. Too many changes in supervisors ( we had three different supervisors) so the continuity was bad. It has taken a long time to complete our punch list. [name removed] has been very helpful.

I strongly dislike having the contractor switched three weeks before closing. New contractor was brand new and pretty much strong armed me into giving him a "10" on the survey. I did with the promise that the items on our punch list would be taken care of. It is now two months after closing and we are still waiting on items to be repaired. Very poor communication after closing. As for likes; our sales associate [name removed] was wonderful.

He took my key after closing it tool mult follow up with [name removed] to find and have my key returned. I am the only unit in this area without a Palm tree on my property sent a note to [name removed] no response. She did admit they dropped the ball on some things. Needless to say this has not be a good experience. Very disappointing.
