We, the residents have given up on them. [name removed] has been very helpful regarding this issue and is actively working with the builder to repair the damage done to our street.

I would of preferred a little larger living room, but all the other parts of the house met our needs, and this floor plan worked okay for us. I'm tired of bad neighbors getting their way. Some people should not have moved in here because they cause dissention in the neighborhood. Ans it seems Minto listens to these people not the good neighbors.

Sales process was excellent. [name removed] is top notch! PM was good - enjoyed the picture updates weekly. Mastercare rep [name removed] has not been very good to deal with. Takes long time to get an answer, and most of the time they are short, and require follow up.

Honestly, there's nothing to dislike at all. As a matter of fact, my daughter and son-in-law are planning to move into LMWS as soon at he turns 55. We all love it here, and lively because of the amazing experience we've received from our Minto family.

I loved that they kept us in the loop during the build. We lived 5-6 hours away and couldn’t get down here as often as we’d like. The weekly updates, pictures, and videos were wonderful and kept us so excited to get here.

Our Minto support representative has been extremely helpful addressing issues we've had with electric circuit breakers. Technica support from Adams Electric were present within a couple days to correct the problems.

The home is beautiful and our builder Kevin was really great to work with even after closing. My only one issue that I feel is important is when we were decided on our home design, on Friday we picked the 3 bedroom 3 bathroom plan; however after the weekend on Monday we wanted to go back to the Den and half bath plan. We had not signed anything, we had not made a deposit yet but were told "no" that no changes to our decision were allowed. It was off putting as now we have a smaller office than desired and third bathroom we don't need. Again, we love the home, the community, the neighbors and are VERY happy.

Our decision was pretty quick - my husband was ALL IN immediately after visiting the resort during our STAY and PLAY. We did a contract and were very pleasantly surprised to find out about all of the discounts we were eligible for. [name removed] took great care of us during the initial contract phase. Our builder, [name removed], was awesome as well! He was in touch with us almost every week with pics and updates. He was so easy to work with and communicate with during the build; as well as during out walk thrus and after closing. He has been around to check on us as we move in and get settled. CLOSING was pretty awesome too - never had one last 10 minutes - easy when you pay cash. The amazing thing about [name removed]; in my opinion, is every person you come in contact with - homeowners, HOA peeps, restaurant workers, landscape people, and [name removed] employees in the Welcome Center are all HAPPY and helpful and make you want to join this wonderful and exciting community. Thank you!

Many sales people would have stopped contact after a few months but not [name removed]. Builder [name removed]: We loved [name removed] as our builder. He kept us informed every step along the way, always answered our questions, and provided great QA for our home. We felt along the entire process that [name removed] was looking out for us and our home. We could not have asked for a better builder.

Vendors perform mediocre or poor quality work, and [name removed] says, "You have been serviced". Have been in the house for six months and just recently finished all of the issues found at move in. This has been a constant disruption to our lives and has left us unable to use parts of our home repeatedly.

It’s all just preferences and opinions on how things could be done differently. I think it is hard on employees to be so reliant on survey scores and I found the purchase process to be a bit of a surprise with the amount of money that needs to be spent on top of base price but in all not a bad experience.

The sales team was friendly, helpful, and did an excellent job guiding us through the purchase; the builder was in close contact with us and was always responsive and friendly - I believe he did an excellent job managing the build of our home; and the closing and follow-on service has been very responsive and helpful. I look forward to living here and enjoying this community for many years!

Struggle with MasterCare represenative. I have to continually remind her of items on the list and to get updates. It is exhausting and frustrating. My neighbors call and they have immediate attention, I email and get a return email with a document that says basically sorry too late you should have caught that before you signed. I have had to really push to get things completed that were before we moved in. It is very frustrating. Everything else is awesome.

Within weeks after signing the Open A contract, I wanted to upgrade my home choice. However, [name removed] required a full default of all my deposit if I wanted to make that choice. I assumed and continue to accept responsibility for not delaying my initial contractual commitment. However, I feel that [name removed] should have been wiling to compromise somewhat. Me recommendation to prospective buyers is to wait and sleep on their decision to buy for at least a week or two, no matter how much they want to buy.

Starting with our stay n play, we booked online, overall the cottage we stayed in was great, however the communication with sales team was non existent, to help us navigate the community and sell us on the community, we met friendly strangers at The Bar and Chill that helped us and took us on a tour of the community and that is what sold us. Once we decided to buy, sales was never forthcoming with information, we always had to what felt like pry for information. As for the Builder [name removed] he was great, kept us informed, updated on any issue, took care of issues even before we found them. As for closing very nice people, lots of info for that day and a little rushed but overall all good with that.
