I would like to say the sales staff was great as were the design center folks. A week after I closed on my house a hole in my roof was discovered. I happen to be visiting my house during a rain storm to find water poring from around the air vent in the ceiling onto the den floor. I have greasy hand print and other greasy marks on my windows above the front door. I have reported it to Mastercard and people were suppose to have come out but I have been told that they only use water to clean. Water isn't going to get the grease marks off the windows otherwise it would have washed off already On top of that I made an appointment for my 6 month visit. A month later it was cancelled. It was already going to the 7 month visit but because I don't live in the house full-time and I live in Tampa the next time I can be there due to my work schedule is February, 10 months after close.

I reported a leaking toilet base to my Master Care representative at our end of year meeting and she scheduled a plumber to come and assess the toilet. On October 14th the plumber took pictures, told me what he thought about the leak and said he would have to contact his boss to see if it would be covered by the warranty. I've never heard back. A scheduled visit by my Master Care representative for a garage door technician to balance our garage door has been scheduled twice with the technician never showing up or calling to let me know he wasn't coming. The other technicians scheduled based on our end of year meeting all came on time and completed the repairs. When you have to make arrangements to be home for a 4 hour block of time and the technician neither shows up or calls it leads me to believe that the technicians company isn't following up on what they are scheduling is getting done. Our landscaping is deplorable! As a homeowner in Bay County, Florida for over 30 years I haven't experienced such unhealthy looking grass, trees and shrubs in my former neighborhood and I didn't have an automatic sprinkler system! We were expecting a much better standard of landscaping care based on the appearance of the amenity center and roadside landscaping throughout the community. Our yard faces southwest with sun all day long, our grass is mostly dead, I've had past work orders on dead shrubs and now have a tree and another shrub that have dropped almost half of their leaves. I have had to pull my own weeds out of the planters since I've only witnessed mowing, edging and pine straw replacement occurring in the 11 month I've lived here. I have forwarded pictures of what I've been told are Army Worms moving along the sidewalks around our cottage since our grass has been slowly dying for months and the Tiki Talk reports that measures are being taken to treat the infestation. Well, it isn't working. If the landscaping supervisors would walk around the properties they could see up close what the condition of the landscaping is.

We purposely waited and chose our lot given there was nothing in front of us or behind us but green space. Privacy was one of our highest priorities. Unbeknownst to us, our neighbor’s lot is a reverse pie lot and our lanais are angled too close to one another. This was a disappointment that we were not told this. We would have chosen a different lot had we been told.

The HOA team—aside from a few select people—are non-responsive (they don’t return email, nor do they respond to voicemail messages). When I asked a few of them about that, their response was: “We’’re really busy.” WOW. If I had used that line in my former business— before I retired—I wouldn’t have had a business. There are some that are awesome, and if you’d like to know who I think is doing a great job, I will name them if you want to call me. [name removed]

Everyone has been kind and accommodating as far as making repairs to the home within the 1-year warranty, The workers and Minto Superintendent have been very cooperating, but unfortunately the work either has been ignored or denied. A driveway issue that was pointed out to [name removed] and now [name removed], have been not addressed based on the fact that [name removed] is not responsible for cracks or holes in driveway. My contention is that the work was never done correctly, then it is on the builder. I would love to explain further if possible....

This was our third home build over many years - and by far the most enjoyable. [name removed], our builder - was amazing and gained our trust early in the process with regular updates. We were living out of the country so his communication was our only link to this important project! At the “final walkthrough”, which was our only walkthrough - we truly felt [name removed] had led his team as if the house was built for he & his family! Since closing, and for almost an entire year living in our beautiful home - [name removed] has been a wonderful link to [name removed] for us - being a joy to work with, so kind and professional!! Her level of service to us is not often present (from others) in the world we all now live in! We don’t always provide over the top reviews - and - these folks earned them!! Needless to say - we are well pleased!!

The fitness center does not provide participants any information regarding gym ediquette, considering that most of the participants have never set foot in a gym prior to living here. There is no one monitoring gym activity. For example, it’s not uncommon for participants to grab a set or multiple sets of dumbbells and take them into an empty classroom and keep them for 45 minutes to an hour. Participants rest weights on the benches while resting between sets. There are many other examples too few to mention!

The lack of flexibility on some of the options. Example. I wanted the Vent Hood and Microwave/Oven, but also want a second oven. You offer a stand alone oven/range that could easily have been installed in place of the cabinet and is available if I would have chosen to not have the vent hood. More flexibility would be great.

Your people are stretched to thin and have very weak follow up. I have to harass and send repeated documentation to get them to follow up in an Average amount of time. We have had a dead palm tree in our front yard for longer than 60 days. Our microwave has been broken and a liability for months. No I would not recommend [name removed] as a company that cares about its clients. The landscaping for a $1Million dollar home is a joke.

We have had issues with landscaping for months now. Sod has been replaced but died within two months. There are several sprinkler heads that need replacing for weeks now. The entrance of the subdivision on [name removed] Boulevard looks beautiful but the same care and attention is not given to the residents. The landscaping company is capable of making our lawns look good but do not take the time to do it. Is this the decision made by [name removed] or landscaping company? We also have a list of year end issues that need to be fixed. Met with our Mastercare representative on September 1 and so far nothing has been resolved.

I appreciate the [name removed] representatives . They are responsive and take care of any issues that come up. They are very personable and easy to work with. The Landscaping Co do NOT do a good job. My palm tree dead , bushes dying , all bushes are mostly dead, long weeds and grass in all beds, soakers do not work around house or in center of driveway and requested tree to be removed from center of driveway , scratched cars, reported all this , sent 4 work requests and Nothing! Our landscaping is Very Poor!!!! I believe this is a HOA problem. When they send a young guy out to look , he never turns water on and was arrogant and never even bent over to look or took photos? I sent photos to [name removed] and nothing yet!! No one cares about the Landscaping. So disappointed. .. it’s an irrigation problem….. the sprinklers and soakers do Not come on . I have reported this since May. The landscape guys they send Do not check anything . They drive up , walk around and leave ! If you go outside to discuss they just dont check anything at all and leave .. this is a real problem. Our landscaping looks like an apt complex. We paid a lot of money for our pool, extended lanai , screen and 2 palm tress and everything behind it is Dead. Your Minto Master Care [name removed] is Excellent , your Landscaping [name removed] gets a Zero. Even Now..After numerous service requests, our tiny shrubs, palm trees , bushes and grass continues to wither away and the vehicle damaging tree between our driveways still stands and bushes under it dying??

Your people are stretched to thin and have very weak follow up. I have to harass and send repeated documentation to get them to follow up in an Average amount of time. We have had a dead palm tree in our front yard for longer than 60 days. Our microwave has been broken and a liability for months. No I would not recommend [name removed] as a company that cares about its clients. The landscaping for a $1Million dollar home is a joke.

We have had issues with landscaping for months now. Sod has been replaced but died within two months. There are several sprinkler heads that need replacing for weeks now. The entrance of the subdivision on [name removed] Boulevard looks beautiful but the same care and attention is not given to the residents. The landscaping company is capable of making our lawns look good but do not take the time to do it. Is this the decision made by [name removed] or landscaping company? We also have a list of year end issues that need to be fixed. Met with our Mastercare representative on September 1 and so far nothing has been resolved.

Our builder. [name removed] was great and kept us informed every step of the way. [name removed] our [name removed] took care of any issues after we moved in. [name removed] was very quick to respond and address the few issues we had. Overall we are very pleased with the entire process.
