Items not done correctly, no supervision of vendors, most do not speak English you have to communicate via phone thru translator. Items correctly initially had to be corrected again. Items that should have been identified by the builder were not. Builder was not honest regarding an issue with my toilets he involved my Relator who had never spoken to him. There is a lack of accountability and follow through. On my previous home in phase 2 it took almost 2 years to get [name removed] to respond and come onsite to evaluate my yard and dead bushes. That is unacceptable. Many of the yards still In phase 2 and 3 are terrible totally not what Minto sells to prospective buyers. I am aware of two residents in those faces that have reported issues with landscaping for months nothing has been done. I did escalate my issues to Minto executive team and [name removed] has been working with me to make sure everything gets resolved. To be quite honest without [name removed]’s involvement I don’t think half of this would’ve gotten done correctly. I am thankful for [name removed]. My year anniversary will be May 1. My lanai is still not right and [name removed] is working to get that redone again that should not happen. Very disappointing. The builder should have identified the issue. Based on the issues identified by myself and my inspector it makes me question what the builder and quality looked at

Professionalism, staff knowledge, approachability to ask questions, and friendly atmosphere. The online information was very helpful in the decision making stage. Having the models to spend time in and get design ideas. The first visit bus tour and being able to ask homeowners about their experience.

It takes quite some time to get issues resolved. Our issue with our warped kitchen cabinet and our shower value took weeks to get resolved. They rescheduled each multiple times.

We love the staff and their honesty. However, during the contract process, the uncertainty of knowing which lot would be available or not, by the time we would enter into a contract, was frustrating. On the other hand, our builder, [name removed] did a stellar and amazing job. His attention to detail was beyond exceptional. We were in such good hands with him. It was comforting having such a caring and professional person as [name removed] as if he was building his own home or one for his own mother…that’s how much he cares!

THe Mastercare rep changed several times which was frustrating but things did get finnaly done after much follow up and it is confusing about the line betweem [name removed] and the HOA but finally have a better underestanding to day after a discussion with rep and her supervisor. I feel that in many cases [name removed] takes a brunt or bad rep due to the HOA and its lack of response and inadequate responses. The HOA is sfar more concerend with petty items and playing games that fixing the core issues. Better management and support need to be in the HOA

we disliked the MasterCare rep procedure - we understand that turnover happens, but our initial list of items should have transferred to the new rep. We had to go thru the process 3-4 times with each new rep. Items were left off list, etc.

He was thorough, consistent with updates each Wednesday, and was always quick to answer any questions we had. When we closed he went thru our home in every detail to make sure it was perfect for us and then took the time to show us everything we needed to know about our home. He was a pleasure to work with and if we ever decide to build another one, I would only build if [name removed] were our builder. I have recommended him to everyone we know. He made the difference every step of the way. Thank you to [name removed]. We truly appreciate all he did for us !!!!

We’ve had electrical problems in the master bathroom even after Adams Electrical has been back several times the problems continue with the outlets. The drywall joints cracked after the first cold night after we’ve been here only 5 months. This isn’t acceptable. We requested a downspout extension because of staining on our concrete and we were denied. We’re disappointed in [name removed] from a build quality standpoint. We building superintendent [name removed] and MasterCare rep [name removed] have been great to work with.

The Mastercare experience has been a little difficult to get follow up on issues. We have our 6 month inspection tomorrow and have hired a home inspector to document any issues with the home.

The level of communication from the contractual side was excellent. We had numerous questions and concerns working through the contract in detail. All questions and concerns were addressed within a timely manner. This was the beginning of us having faith in the Minto company to provide a great experience. The construction phase experience was second to none. Being in the construction industry we have numerous years of experience with large commercial and public works projects. The interaction with our PM at [name removed] ([name removed]) was short of incredible. He provided weekly updates, identified possible situations within his subcontracting chain and provided a level of service that in 25 years I have never observed. From a business standpoint, I would suggest taking [name removed] and using him as a trainer for other building managers. We cannot over emphasize the level of service and responsiveness [name removed] provided.

I've made numerous attempts to mastercare and the HOA /landscaping office in regards to the ongoing issue with the busted main pipe line in the front. There has been nothing done to the concrete that was damaged by the network company that caused the problem. We have a Bay County Utility Services bill for roughly over $70 more than our normal. We also have Concrete issues by the garage and lanai that have been submitted to mastercare but apparently there's only one concrete guy and he's overwhelmed. Back to the landscaping issues, they are mowing the dried lawn and blowing the grass all over the back of our lanai, how does this help when we have to go back out and vacuum chairs, bbq and rinse down the entire extension...way more work for us. My husband is a double amputee with prothesics it's very hard for him to help me and if was done correctly he wouldn't have to.
