[name removed] is a true asset to the [name removed] team. We were unable to be onsite for a couple of touch up items, and [name removed] took total charge on our behalf. [name removed] is lucky to have such a get it done type of person working with your ne home owners.

Landscaping was a total disappoint. [name removed] was not involved in this. [name removed] was great to deal with, very personable and responsible. During the construction of my home from breaking ground to the last touchup details inside the home months later, I was well informed regarding the entire process by my assigned construction representative, [name removed], who was very professional, friendly and eager to communicate my concerns with his construction team and make any modifications or corrections necessary during the process. He was really on the ball! The second experience that was most influential in my decision to give [name removed] my high rating was the customer care after my purchase. I worked with [name removed] who was assigned to take care of all the little details after we moved in and she followed through with us up to one year and never let me down. She answered her messages promptly and had the necessary team to my home in a very expedient manner to take care of any issue I may have had. She is great! My recommendation to you is hang onto these people when you finish a construction project and keep them employed because it’s hard to find competent people to do dedicated customer service care the way they have rendered.

[name removed] gave us updates on a regular basis. I could tell he was genuinely interested in seeing that we were satisfied not just at the beginning and not just up to closing but after closing. While I know any issues shifts to [name removed]'s team, I feel I could still call/text him and he would not think it's a bother. Finally, [name removed] w/master care is so easy to talk to and very eager to help. While the house was perfect there really wasn't too much follow up needed, I feel that if we did have any major issues, she would be all over it! Overall I feel all three are an asset to their boss and I feel that you should know you (the company) are in good hands with these three. [name removed] and i connected with these three so much that if they were our neighbors we would be good friends with all of them. I also want to give a shout out Yunior the electrician....I met him and think he is a good guy too!

We do feel that it has a bit of a cookie cutter feel and that since they have done so many the quality of the finishes may not be as high as you would expect by a higher end builder in a higher end community. But overall we are pretty happy with our home. We do feel that the building itself is built well and we are not concerned in a storm.

With respect to dislikes, I feel [name removed] should been more clear with respect to the low voltage offering in the windows for shades - we paid for it not knowing it only works with [name removed] which was triple the expense of other automated shades. Also, I feel they could have offered better options ahead of time - like air conditioning in the yard, upgraded landscaping, better plumbing fixtures for bathrooms

From the very first day when weI drove through the ISLES OF [name removed] at the front gate, I was extremely impressed with the layout of the development, all the water around the community, the beautiful clubhouse modeled after the original Naples Hotel, the gorgeous pool, the restaurant and bar, the ability to kayak, the hiking trails, super nice gym and the walking paths. It seemed more like a vacation paradise. We finally made it to the sales office and realize that a lot of homes had already been sold and there weren’t too many lots available – only one single-family home lot was available which ultimately became ours. [name removed] was extremely friendly and helpful in helping us with our decision-making. The design center team was very helpful and offered a selection of upgrades that was more than adequate. During the construction phase, [name removed] kept us extremely well informed with the progress of the home as it was undergoing different construction phases. He was on every little thing that we wanted fixed. When his job was complete after we closed on the home, he passed on the responsibility of making sure we were ultimately satisfied with any other item that was still on our punch list and any other items that may have surfaced along the way as time passed two the most helpful person that we have worked with along the way and that is [name removed], our post sale [name removed] representative. She is amazing! Every issue that I had, that we had, with the home was addressed and handled in a timely manner by [name removed]. She would follow up with phone calls and texts to us to make sure the workers were there. She would follow up to make sure we were satisfied with our home and all the items that were on the punch list that needed to be addressed. She is awesome! Her personality and friendly manner is exemplary!

Roof leak shortly after moving in, and had to question the quality of the house. Inferior appliances. even in DelWebb where I previously lived for about 20 years had the best possible quality appliances, so, that was disappointing. One positive experience was the quick response to fix the leak, and all the other issues that came up. Beautiful clubhouse, pool area and all the rest of the amenities are great!

First, let me share that my background comes from working for a production builder for several years, where I was the only on-site salesperson of 184 condo units, ground up. As [name removed] did, we had approved lenders, and I dealt with all aspects of the sales, building, and financing of my customers' homes. So, I am commenting and completing this survey as a customer building a home with [name removed], but KNOW how the process should go as I have been on all sides! Honestly, your process would have been a less than enjoyable experience if it were not for our "builder" [name removed]. From the first time we met with him, he was so gracious and never made us feel like a question was dumb or that we were wasting his time. He was sure to send pictures often, weekly in the beginning, and as major stages were being completed in the house, which was so nice when we were traveling over the summer. He and he alone made us feel connected to the sales process as well as the building process. We can't say enough wonderful things about him. Our dislikes were many, beginning with the lack of communication and information from our salesperson. We were very clear on what we wanted and where we wanted it, but felt like we were swimming upstream with our salesperson, [name removed]. From choosing the location of our villa and it not being made clear that we owned our lot to ZERO follow-up throughout the sales process. Not one time did he call to see how everything was going, even after we made him aware of issues with Wells Fargo. He took our "order" and made his money, and was done, and that was very evident. I have quite a bit more to say, but I will address other aspects as the survey continues.

During the construction of my home from breaking ground to the last touchup details inside the home months later, I was well informed regarding the entire process by my assigned construction representative, [name removed], who was very professional, friendly and eager to communicate my concerns with his construction team and make any modifications or corrections necessary during the process. He was really on the ball! The second experience that was most influential in my decision to give [name removed] my high rating was the customer care after my purchase. I worked with [name removed] who was assigned to take care of all the little details after we moved in and she followed through with us up to one year and never let me down. She answered her messages promptly and had the necessary team to my home in a very expedient manner to take care of any issue I may have had. She is great! My recommendation to you is hang onto these people when you finish a construction project and keep them employed because it’s hard to find competent people to do dedicated customer service care the way they have rendered.

Sales person was great, we like our home. We do feel that it has a bit of a cookie cutter feel and that since they have done so many the quality of the finishes may not be as high as you would expect by a higher end builder in a higher end community. But overall we are pretty happy with our home. We do feel that the building itself is built well and we are not concerned in a storm.

I liked the responsiveness of our Customer Care representative, [name removed] and her ability to timely resolve the issues we experienced with our home. With respect to dislikes, I feel [name removed] should been more clear with respect to the low voltage offering in the windows for shades - we paid for it not knowing it only works with [name removed] which was triple the expense of other automated shades. Also, I feel they could have offered better options ahead of time - like air conditioning in the yard, upgraded landscaping, better plumbing fixtures for bathrooms
