Our job Superintendent, Alysson Ferrao was Excellent during the entire build process. His level of communication and responsiveness was beyond a 10. We cannot stress enough how easy he made the process for us as we live out of state. If we had a question or concern he immediately took care of it and gave us a sense of peace that everything was going to be great. He provided pictures, called and gave us updates and during the walk through explained all that we needed to know. The place was immaculate when we moved in and if we found something that needed to be addressed he resolved it right away. Also Rob and Chris were excellent during the sales process and all the workers that build the house were always professional and did great work! We have been very happy with our new home and I cannot stress enough the importance that Alysson played in providing a wonderful experience for us. Thank you Minto!

All of the employees that I have worked with at Minto have been outstanding! Robert was my sales rep and went above and beyond. I then had Jeff as our project manager who was great! More recently, we have worked with Janet on the warranty although we have had no real warranty type issues. She has been so proactive reaching out in solving any little issues we have had we have bought numerous new construction homes, and the Minto experience has been outstanding!

Oscar, our construction superintendent was excellent. Oscar was excellent at communicating, paying attention to details and following up quickly when questions were presented. In addition, he frequently sent pictures to keep us in the loop and was honest and pleasant to work with. The only item I was very displeased with was the plantation shutters which had nothing to do with Oscar but rather Minto themselves. My wife and I had ordered plantation shutters from Minto but later discovered that their product was very inferior to their competitor. We requested Minto reimburse us the $8,000 plus for their shutters so we could purchase the plantation shutters that were more in line with the quality of the home that Minto was building for us. Minto declined this saying it was to late in the process. Quite honestly, if Minto really wanted to reimburse my wife and I, they easliy could have as these plantation shutters were not a special ordered but rather a product in inventory. Their product was so inferior that my wife and I paid an additional $8,000 to get the signifcantly better grade. We just felt that Minto's products should have been consistent in quality to the structure they were building for us but it wasn't and for this we were very dissappointed. Best Regards, David St.Ores

During the construction of my home from breaking ground to the last touchup details inside the home months later, I was well informed regarding the entire process by my assigned construction representative, [name removed], who was very professional, friendly and eager to communicate my concerns with his construction team and make any modifications or corrections necessary during the process. He was really on the ball! The second experience that was most influential in my decision to give [name removed] my high rating was the customer care after my purchase. I worked with [name removed] who was assigned to take care of all the little details after we moved in and she followed through with us up to one year and never let me down. She answered her messages promptly and had the necessary team to my home in a very expedient manner to take care of any issue I may have had. She is great! My recommendation to you is hang onto these people when you finish a construction project and keep them employed because it’s hard to find competent people to do dedicated customer service care the way they have rendered.

Improvement Area: More detailed customization options and design options - like we would have liked custom laundry room folding top over the appliances and units integrated cupboards and hanging bar, etc. Wardrobe similar custom fitting as opposed to doing now.
