Unfortunately, the tongue and groove ceiling in the family roomed buckled and had to be pulled down, and there appears to be a leak in powder bathroom, but [name removed] and [name removed] have seen to it that repairs were expedited and performed timely and professionally. Can't say enough good things about the both of them.

This is our second building process with [name removed]. The first home, which was a villa, was lovely. Super easy, we were provided with excellent updates, and we moved in without many issues nor need for the Mintocare. The second process had started similarly, with everything going smoothly. However, towards the end of it, it was a disaster. Our project was rushed and moved up 3 months, so we had to move into an unfinished house despite our pleas with the CEO of [name removed] to please extend our closing date so that our laundry list of fixes (missing handles on cabinetry, dents in the floor, missing drawers, drawers already broken and not working, broken upgraded closet shelves, etc.) and finishes (the main bathroom wasn't even finished- the bathroom needed to be tiled still). We decided to close, yet told [name removed] that we will still not move in for a month to allow you to finish the house. Well, they were still unable to finish. 4 months after we moved in, the house was finally finished, only for more issues to arise (our air conditioning broke 4 times within the span of 6 months - turns out, the A/C was installed incorrectly and used extremely cheap material that when installed incorrectly, completely failed, causing our house to reach 90F). This was a nightmare of an experience, and yes, we've been sure to let everyone know what they're in for if they plan to build with [name removed].

From using our Jacuzzi as a garbage can to forgetting to put in things as simple as air vents in the kitchen and the list goes on and on and on. After six months of closing, we are still waiting for things to be done. This is absolutely unacceptable. We thought buying a new house. Everything would be perfect, we understand there are glitches here and there. This was a complete nightmare. And no, I would never recommend anybody to buy here because I would not want to lose my friendships.

We LOVE our new home. Of course there are things that need to be fine tuned etc., But overall we are very happy with the product. From the moment I made my decision to buy in the cottages, I felt very welcomed by [name removed]. She answered all my questions and answered timely. For my interior choices I totally enjoyed having [name removed] guide me. She was very attentive, helpful and gave me many ideas for my new home. I enjoyed the time I spent with those two smart ladies. …and then I met my construction superintendent...[name removed]…TOP NOTCH he was always a phone call or text away and still is! I am a single homeowner and have never gone through this experience so I had lots of questions. Never did he not answer and if he couldn’t he’d find out. Minto, [name removed] and his team impressed me with their efficiency and professionalism. He is smart and calm…surely a big asset to Minto. I love my cottage home!

[name removed] is in a hurry to have the buyers sign the contract although there are still series of To be fixed”areas inside. I encountered these problems when the house was “delivered” to me. Good thing, they were able to hire a troubleshooter who took time and effort in arranging several of [name removed] contractors fix the “punch list”. There is still a crack in the garage floor that needs to be re-evaluated and I would like the management to remedy this problem.

Not satisfied with the width of the garage, it’s very difficult to fit two cars. Also the driveway is very narrow. I would expect more for the price we paid. Also, the walls ate thin and noise travels easily throughout the house. Bathroom privacy is especially impacted by this.

But that may because I was lucky enough to get [name removed] for all three of my places. She’s a true assets to your company. She is completely committed to making sure every homeowner is satisfied to the fullest. If there is any issue, problem or needs, she is eager to tackle them and get them right. As with any new home, there were some glitch. But [name removed] assured me they would be rectified and she’s coming through. She responds timely and thoroughly. If I miss something, she’s quick to point them out. Her attitude is “if you don’t see it now, you probably will later. So let’s just fix it now.” She’s polite, friendly and utterly professional. She’s very accommodating to my schedule and helps out when I can’t be available. She has scheduled all needed repairs and some have already been addressed. I’m very confident in her to make all things right.

mento has followed up on everything they have promised. If something needs to be fixed, it is fixed within the year warranty. We are approaching our six month walk-through on Monday and I’m expecting it to go just as smoothly as it did when we own the Villa with Minto.

[name removed] is in a hurry to have the buyers sign the contract although there are still series of To be fixed”areas inside. I encountered these problems when the house was “delivered” to me. Good thing, they were able to hire a troubleshooter who took time and effort in arranging several of [name removed] contractors fix the “punch list”. There is still a crack in the garage floor that needs to be re-evaluated and I would like the management to remedy this problem.

the follow up took months and not to have moved into master bedroom for over 5 months due to black mold issue twice and awaited so long for drywall , flooring trim and paining to be completed

[name removed] amount of landscaping plants, and lack of design & dimension is extremely disappointing and inconsistent with the purchase price and overall development, especially the versus cottages at the 4 corners of each pod.
