The customer service has been good — they answer my calls and respond to my emails promptly. However, after living here for two months, I’ve noticed that the house feels like it was built in a rush with minimal quality assurance. For example, the windows are uneven in dimension from top to bottom and side to side. I also experienced an electrical wiring issue that caused unusually high energy bills during the first two months. The AC was blowing hot air, which took considerable time and frustration to identify and resolve. Additionally, the kitchen sink doesn’t drain properly, and the carpets have hard clusters that are noticeable when walking. A few electrical sockets weren’t functioning, and there were spiders in the house when I moved in — it would have been helpful if the builder had done a pest spray beforehand.

We are genuinely thrilled with our new home! Although we are still navigating the unpacking process, the experience has been rewarding and fulfilling. New Home staff has been great to work with. Purchase process was easy and hassle-free. I did have a significant issue at move-in with the energy use by the HVAC system. However, once identified, it was addressed and resolved quickly. Would like to recognize [name removed] and [name removed] for their assistance through the process.

I liked the Sales and Lending team. They are vey helpful through out the process. The construction quality is not what i expected. Also the response in issue resolution is very bad

I was deeply frustrated by the purchase experience. On multiple occasions the team gave me inaccurate information, and my maintenance request about the fridge shutting off was never addressed. There were countless delays, and key features that originally sold me on the home were changed at the last minute, which felt like a bait and switch. Staff have also been unhelpful in providing any details about additional parking.

The sales office, escrow company and outside contractors were great. The individual who did my initial walkthrough, second walkthrough and who is my contact person for issues was unreachable, unreliable and did not follow through in a timely manner if at all. I felt like one escrow received my down payment current issues or issues that occurred when we moved in were not a concern and it is two months later and I’m still trying to get the issues resolved. Other individuals besides Uriel have been more responsive and helpful. Unfortunately they still need to go through him so the process and response time is still very slow.
