I love the fact that even though we have moved in and the home is ours New Home Co is making it a point to make sure that we still have everything we need. They are also fixing items in the house if they are needed to be fixed. They have gone above and beyond what is needed to make this journey easier for us.

I liked the friendly and responsive sales team—they made the process feel personal and supportive, like working with family. The only thing I believe the contractor should keep in mind is the size of the garage. This house is advertised as having space for two cars, but it would be much better if the garage were at least one foot larger in any direction. Right now, when we park our SUV, we have to open the garage door to get to the other side of the car conveniently. It’s also very common for homeowners to have a storage cabinet along one side of the garage. In our case, if we install a cabinet, we won’t be able to park a second car comfortably. Even if we manage to fit both cars, it would make it very difficult to get in and out of them. This is the only issue I’ve noticed with the house since we moved in last month, it might be more!

The overall experience was decent. The salesperson and mortgage team were great—special thanks to [name removed], who was amazing throughout the entire mortgage process. However, I did face a few issues with additional costs that I believe should have been covered by the builder. For example, I had to pay for carpet cleaning, some towel hangers were missing from the bathrooms, and the kitchen dustbin holder is placed in an inconvenient spot near the cooking and food storage area. Additionally, the kitchen sink is too shallow, which causes water to spill when washing dishes, and the bedroom doors are missing locks.

WiFi not connecting to my garage, not having a trash shoot makes the hallways smell like garbage because you have to carry it into your garage. Also, the HOA hasn’t fixed the door with my phone , so I have been having to let guest in by going up and down the stairs

I had excellent experience with the purchase of the home, starting with the quality of construction of the house, very friendly sales staff that worked overboard to complete the closing on time as my closing date and move out date from the previous home was for a very short time.

The construction of the home from design to finish walk-through was absolutely great those remarkable no issues no problems. Everything was resolved. The only problem we have was Lender side took too long and needed to reschedule I’m absurd amount of times. So far everything is well [name removed] did a fantastic job. [name removed] has done him. Amazing job as well.
