The house had a nice layout, and the agent and builder were flexible. [name removed], the agent, was invaluable and listened to our needs, and [name removed], the builder, took care of us on every little thing that was amiss with the house and went above and beyond to make sure that we felt safe and secure in our house.

Likes: - Loved that I was able to view my unit throughout the build process. It enabled me to be able to see where plumbing and electrical is routed behind the sheetrock to avoid future issues as well as take measurements to prepare for my move. - The rep at [name removed] Depot was very responsive. Dislikes: - Did not like that I was not able to pick the color scheme or building preference. - Sales rep knew that I did NOT want grey cabinets, but the builder switched cabinet makers mid build which changed the color of grey in the cabinets. This would have been a great opportunity to give me white cabinets, but instead I have grey cabinets that look blue in certain light.

Quality and style are great. Interaction with rep., no good. Move in was poor at best, rushed date, parking was and is still a huge issue, frustrating.

I disliked the lack of customizable options. I wasn't expecting to be able to change much, but a couple small things would have been nice.

Sales agents [name removed] and [name removed] in the sales office at Olivewood are friendly. [name removed] did a good job of walk through of the house and closing on pending things except the front yard land scaping maintenance.

[name removed], the head foreman of New [name removed] Co, has been the best part of our whole experience. He has gone above and beyond whether it be a simple question or explaining in more detail or when [name removed], the warranty rep, has been unreachable. Overall our experience was saved by [name removed], we had trouble in the beginning when we were told untrue completion dates and getting warranty items completed but now everything is seems to be going better.
