Dislike: Our legal document information had to be corrected a couple times (buyer names, closing date). Liked working with [name removed] at Axiom and [name removed] at The Vineyards. So far working with [name removed] for our new home orientation and blue tap walk through has been pleasant.

The quality of finishes is absolutely the least expensive materials possible in a home over $2M. Down to the toilet seats. The A/C runs non-stop because it's SO undersized. Everything about this house is cheap beyond cheap.

Warranty care good, but the quality of the house is really bad. Since we moved in, we came through a lot of the problems like tap leaking, the door can’t be opened, the sharp edges of the cabinets cut the hand to bleed, the tubes improperly installed and make the dishwasher unusable to walk well, bathroom door improperly installed and now we are undergoing the carpet nails piercing the feet. We have never met so many problems before. I will never buy a house from new home again and will never recommend my friends to buy unless you improve your quality.

The entire process was extremely simple and [name removed] from [name removed] [name removed] Co was extremely helpful. He answered all of my questions/concerns and wasn’t extremely transparent throughout the entire process. He made this process extremely easy for my family and I.

The agents during the process were excellent. After closing escrow and attempting to work with getting several structural and cosmetic issues it became very challenging. The customer care representative is difficult to get a hold of. His email responses are inconsistent , he does not answer his phone, and he does not respond to voicemails. Even at this time we are still waiting to hear back in regards to several outstanding issues with our home.

Communication was rough at best. The amount of pride taken to build these homes is some of the lowest I've seen in multiple different trades. When I brought up my concerns, I was met with "understanding" but the issues were mostly covered up with bandaid fixes. I am a carpenter myself, and this is by far some of the lowest quality work I've seen, and especially for a $700k house. Strongly disappointed is an understatement

My sister and I attended the grand opening in September of 2023. [name removed]'s outreach was persistent - she kept in touch with my sister to include her for the grand opening invite. I LOVED working with [name removed] and [name removed], and [name removed] truly made the difference with my purchase! The Tabor floorplan "had me at hello" offering a large bonus room, expanded garage, and 10' ceilings! I continued to stay in touch with [name removed] to secure lot #83 because we wanted an end unit with a larger yard, which turned out to be a bit of a debacle. The large lot on the renderings was really truly disappointing because what we were shown wasn't what we got. There are two utilities boxes in the middle of the yard that take up a majority of the lot and now makes it wonky. After persistence, we asked to meet with your VP, [name removed]. I let him know we needed to come up with a solution for all, as this was not what we were promised. There have been several changes, such as a support pole in the garage that wasn't initially in the model, smaller square footage in primary bathroom, etc., but through all of this [name removed] has kept in touch and made sure we are still pleased with this purchase. On a positive note, I do love the finishes included, but always love the option to upgrade which is limited other than various cabinet/flooring packages. The 10' ceilings set your homes apart from the competition. I do wish the toilets were upgraded to be elongated and seated higher, which is typically included in most new homes. I love the millwork and tall baseboards. The [name removed] model lacks a pantry and upstairs linen storage, so I have worked with the cabinet maker, [name removed] cabinets, to have those installed. It would have been easier to have been an option at time of purchase. All in all, we are happy with our purchase now and looking forward to seeing the Axiom community flourish to completion. FYI - I'm still in touch with [name removed] regarding the sloped area that is in my view to make sure it is landscaped, which is what I told would be done. Currently is got boulders in lieu of retainer wall, dirt and weeds. This will turn into a huge eyesore if not landscaped and I foresee erosion if dirt isn't covered.

I loved that the sales team took responsibility for not including the smart home package I had selected and made a way to make it happen. I love the responsiveness of the sales and construction teams and their willingness to help when issues come up

I have loved everyone I have dealt with. [name removed] in the sales office is beyond wonderful. To say she is amazing is an understatement. She has been so thoughtful and caring throughout this whole process and really treated me like a friend and not a sale. [name removed] and [name removed] have also been so friendly and helpful. Their communication is exceptional. The only thing I had an issue with was the finance gentleman, [name removed], from FBC mortgage. He was very unprofessional, pushy, and just seemed like he wanted a sale. [name removed] was very sweet and help me get in contact with [name removed] from [name removed] [name removed]. That team… [name removed] and [name removed] were also exceptional!

I love the staffs!!! Terrific people; especially worthy of mention are [name removed] and [name removed]. They went above and beyond on so many occasions during my purchase experience, promptly responding to every one of my inquiries, even during their off days. They are the best of the best sales managers I have ever met. [name removed], the designer and her assistant, were very patient and provided much valuable and practical suggestions with the option selections. The onsite supervisors and customer care personnels, [name removed], [name removed] and [name removed] are extremely helpful and knowledgeable as well. The people are the best and the only down side is with the delay. While I fulfilled my part in closing on time, the glass panels was delayed several times and was not in placed until the day before excrow closing. That makes the closing experience very rushed and I was not able to properly inspect the property. Even now, 22 days after closing, one inside mirror door is still not installed.
