I would like to express my appreciation for the excellent communication and support I have received through [name removed], [name removed], and [name removed]. Throughout my interactions of each of them, I have been constantly impressed by their patience and willingness to answer all my questions thoroughly. They kept me well informed at every stage! They’ve have made the entire process much smoother and less stressful. However, the company‘s quality of subs to finish the work is not up to my standards for buying a $1.2 million home. When the subs have showed up for follow ups there has been a language barrier, which has made it hard to communicate with them to finish the work that needed to be completed. We even found one subs in our master bedroom, which there was absolutely no work to be done, which was alarming. But communication has remained open and I have received excellent care and follow up with [name removed] and [name removed]. Kindest regards- [name removed] and [name removed]

DISLIKE: I paid for a premium lot. When I moved in the lot was changed to be smaller due to utility box placed in middle of lot. After a lot of back/forth, I worked out a compromise through [name removed] VP Sales. [name removed] made the difference in the sale of my home, which we almost cancelled. LIKE: Working with [name removed] and [name removed], [name removed] has been terrific. Today, in [name removed]'s absence who is on vacation, [name removed] and [name removed] came from The Vineyard community and they were also amazing to work with.

[name removed] in sales was excellent! The home has minor issues which should have been caught by the construction team: an interior wall was uneven, half of the window screens are falling off. Obvious problems.

The sales office, escrow company and outside contractors were great. The individual who did my initial walkthrough, second walkthrough and who is my contact person for issues was unreachable, unreliable and did not follow through in a timely manner if at all. I felt like one escrow received my down payment current issues or issues that occurred when we moved in were not a concern and it is two months later and I’m still trying to get the issues resolved. Other individuals besides Uriel have been more responsive and helpful. Unfortunately they still need to go through him so the process and response time is still very slow.
