Everything with New Home Co. was excellent, only issues were with the preferred lender. Only comment I would make is be a little more transparent about the state of the outdoor area upon purchase as compared to the models.

i've had quite a few fixes that needed all have been done but seems to be a common trend in some of the fixes all my neighbors including myself had leaks in the garage with plumbing ive had a crack in my kitchen countertop and a broken screen door overall happy

[name removed] is what I don't like. I was told [name removed] was covered for a year, then I find out its only covered for 1 month. HOA doesn't even clean the streets or neighborhoods. Random strangers always getting thru the gates so not sure what's the point of the gate. High HOA fee for poor quality control and service.

I liked the style and layout of the home. I also like the technology incorporated in the home. I disliked discovering some had left feces in the toilet in the main bathroom toilet on the day I got the keys to my home.

When we negotiated during contract, I was told that my HOA fees were waived for a year and now I am being told that I have to pay for them. This has caused us to become cynical when it comes to the builder/seller. We was also turned away on the scheduled day to pickup my keys and this really shattered the moment for my GF and I. Had a horrible experience with the builder's escrow; they are unprofessional and unorganized. They clearly lack the experience on how to run a business and how to communicate to their clients. It's ironic that the company is called "escrow specialists," but its clear evident from my experience with them, that they do NOT know how to run a business or deal with escrow. Would NOT recommend it to anyone. The sales team for NUVO [name removed] and other construction team members CARRIED the experience. They are a professional and know how to run a business and know the definition of communication and how to execute properly.

Likes: Friendliness of the salespeople The open floor plans Ease of purchase and financing Affordability of the homes Layout of the Floorplans and model home representations Purchase incentives Dislikes: Condition of my home at closing. Upon receiving my keys to my new home, I found that someone had accessed the primary bathroom toilet and neglected to flush the toilet after using it. Leaving excrement in the toilet. I contacted the sales office and they were very apologetic and committed to fixing the issue. In the end I cleaned the toilet myself. Very disappointing after such a great buying experience.
