Liked the ease of purchasing the home and more recently the expediting of all the warranty repairs. [name removed] has been great helping to get everything completed. I disliked the initial condition of the home as it was dirty, needed touch up paint and had several repairs that needed to be completed. These could have been caught during the quality inspection. One example was the closet door in the guest bedroom not being aligned.

I really liked my experience with [name removed] [name removed] Home Company. My Sales Manager ([name removed]) provided an excellent experience and I was able to reach him at any time (literally) for any questions or concerns during the home buying process. [name removed] made himself available and treated me like a VIP throughout the entire process. This made it really special. Also, after I was handed the keys, [name removed] provided excellent service and consistently followed up with me to ensure I was happy with my home. Whenever I would reach out to him, he was very prompt. I very much appreciate the team at [name removed]!

My new home lacks storage space. There is not a broom/utility closet in the kitchen area. [name removed] set up where the cable TV is connected to the wall is not a good location. [name removed] cable connector should have been across the room where the wall is in front of the stairs. That would have made the living room area larger. All three bedrooms are too small. They barely have room for one queen sized bed. There is no room for dresser drawers that fit all of our clothes. [name removed] linen cabinets in the hallway are way too small for sheets, towels, washcloths sufficient enough for three people. [name removed] hallway bathroom is very small and should have been larger. [name removed] entire layout should have been created for more space to at least be able to walk around in the bedrooms without bumping into the beds. [name removed] closests in both rooms in the hallway are too small and if you hang too many clothing items the bar bends a little. It’s very cheap and flimsy. [name removed] bathrooms don’t have medicine cabinets. I think there could have been more space on the second floor to make the rooms and bathrooms larger if the space where the stairs are had a floor instead of open space. Bottom line, the house is very tall, there’s a lot of ceiling height, but not a lot of living and storage space. I more than likely will not buy another townhouse like this one.

Likes: the seller agents were very helpful and pretty responsive. Dislikes: model home was not ready for move in. the timer for the lights were left in, and the water for the washer and dryer were not turned on. carpet in master room is not fully tacked to floor in one corner.

To begin I am a Lieutenant. with the Riverside Sheriff Department and have been in law enforcement for the past 24 years. Prior to that, I was in retail for 13 years and for the past 35 years I have been in the Army Reserves. In all three of my careers, I have had to perform some type of customer service. As a manager for Sears, it was to ensure the customer was always taken care. As a military officer, I have a duty to take care of my Soldiers and complete the mission. As a Lieutenant in the law enforcement, my job is to protect and serve the community I work in. I am very proud of taking care of people and I am even prouder when I feel I get the same treatment from others who take care of me and my family. What I enjoyed about the purchase experience (from contract through move-in) is how my fiancée, [name removed], and I have been treated especially since we are both Hispanics and have been treated poorly in the past by other companies. Since the very beginning, when my fiancée and I began I this endeavor in purchasing a home from NOVA we have felt extremely taken care of by the NOVA Family. Meeting [name removed] was like a Godsend. He was and till this day extremely helpful and polite. He made [name removed] and I both feel like we were his family and he wasn't going to let anything bad happen to us. No matter the time I called him he would answer the office lines in a polite and courtesy way. After hours, I would leave a message and earlier the next day he is calling me back. Any question or concern I had he would answer them. I needed measurements for the location of the refrigerator, [name removed] immediately got them for me. He is an extremely hard-working individual and knowledgeable about the community. When [name removed] and I dropped off the deposit check, [name removed] took a picture of [name removed] placing the sold label on the map. It was a small gesture but an exciting one for my fiancée, since this was her first purchase. We will always remember the selfless service [name removed] has given us throughout this process. Whenever [name removed] wasn't there, which was rare, [name removed] would help us. Again, another totally professional and polite human being. [name removed] staff is friendly and helpful. They kept me and my agent abreast of everything that was going on. I loved working with [name removed] at [name removed] [name removed]. [name removed] process of obtaining a home is extremely fair! I think [name removed] Home recognizes that not everyone can or is willing to pay way over the top and now that prices are somewhat normal, it was wise for [name removed] Home to stick with that plan (no lowered prices, etc). I am very appreciative of [name removed], [name removed], [name removed], and [name removed] for helping me through the process. [name removed] only downsides were that my hallway and floor were gouged when the fridge was installed, and the unit wasn't cleaned before I moved in. But that's ok; my painters fixed the gouge and I cleaned the floors:-) I'm very happy with my purchase and my neighbours are awesome, too!

Many of my socket plates and light switch plates have paint on it. I also spent a lot of time scraping paint from the floors.

[name removed] washer & dryer wasn’t even installed when I moved in and this was not communicated. [name removed] seals on the garage door was not done correctly, having bugs entering my garage. My carpet has a big lump. My bathtub has a scratch! How am I suppose to fix that ?
