-The demo unit had a porch. When my house was completed there was no porch. It wasn't a deal breaker but I like to grill and host small events. Now I can't do that. -Parking is also a huge concern.

there were so many quality issues discovered after I moved in.I strongly believed that the house did not get thoroughly undergone quality control. As a homeowner or someone who is buying a home we truly rely on the builder's quality control than asking us to note everythjng during walkthroughs.

I like how the unit was designed. Encountered few minor defects but the customer rep esp [name removed] and [name removed] did their best ti resolve those issues. [name removed]'s communication is stellar and making sure we are receiving the best customer service.

Have had multiple issues with house. They have fixed the issues, but also causing more issues. Won't return phone calls or emails. [name removed] told they would contact us to do a 10month walk through, next month is our 1 year mark, still no communication. Still have things that need to be fixed.

[name removed] the seller's agent was very professional and kept me posted woth the status of my home. She respond to my inquiries promptly and professionally. [name removed] the custmer representative on the other hand was very thoughtful and assisted me during orientation to ensure most of the defects are caught and addressed before the move. She even ensures all requests are looked into and address timely. Experience with [name removed] was great from contract to move-in.

Employees have been very customer service oriented. [name removed] and [name removed] in the front office were wonderful. We greatly appreciated [name removed] and [name removed]. Outstanding at getting us moved in and fixing any issues that came up. Construction guys were very professional and helpful while our house was being constructed and also as the neighbors houses have been constructed.

At the beginning, the service was fine. They were responsive and made sure things were taken care of, just time consuming. 2 months to get something fixed. But then I got a new rep, and I've been emailing and calling for the last month with zero response. I would never buy a new build again, especially from new home company.

A lot of the other stuff I think was rushed just to close. Visible cracks on front door concrete, leaking water in brand new ref unit, no mailboxes installed up to present ,took a month for trash bins to be delivered , creaking floors etc

The build of the home is poor, they cut corners, hire sun contractors that do a poor job. I’ve have a list of over 100 items that needed to be repaired. I can not wait to move. This place is a pile of garbage.

The follow through on fixing the misaligned shower door has been hit-and-miss from the 3rd party vendor. It's taken 2 tries to schedule the fix. The 1st time, they said they were at our door and weren't. Hoping they make it to the next appointment.

After the many of walk-throughs I did in this home, I feel I was basically lied to just to make a sale. There are several features in the home that I kept making sure it would be in my home and magically when it came time to give my $5000 deposit, the features magically were unavailable to add. That’s a costly add on for me to deal with now. No blinds in the home, which I kept making sure I’d have something, then I also magically didn’t. Though everyone was really nice, I don’t think I’ll buy another home through the New Home Co. this whole process nearly had me homeless for a Week or two…
