Since 1984, Eliant has been independently evaluating the performance of homebuilders across the U.S., Canada, and the Middle East:

  • We ask recent homebuyers to evaluate their builder's purchase process.
  • Then, we ask homeowners to evaluate their builder's quality and service (1) after the first 5-months in the home, and (2) again at the end of the first year.

The construction of the home from design to finish walk-through was absolutely great those remarkable no issues no problems. Everything was resolved. The only problem we have was Lender side took too long and needed to reschedule I’m absurd amount of times. So far everything is well [name removed] did a fantastic job. [name removed] has done him. Amazing job as well.

The contractors ([name removed] & [name removed]) that assisted me from the walk through all the way until after closing were amazing. Really made me comfortable and I trusted them to fix anything that came up. The banking gal that I worked with ([name removed]) from Universal Lending was not very helpful. Multiple times she either ignored my requests for information, or she said she would get it to me then never did.

I was truly impressed with all aspects of my purchase. My realtor was great, and the staff, especially Josh, he was the person that made this so easy and smooth. Josh showed me the home, he didn’t try to sell me the house, he allowed me to e the time and space to become connected to the house. He was patient and tolerant of my anxiety, after I decided this was the house for me, he allowed me to come inside the house, but he also allowed me to sit with the back yard. Jordan has also been exceptional, showing me the functions of the house exceptional, I am still not comfortable with the house, Jake is polite and very knowledgeable

What I liked most about my purchase experience (from contract through move-in): The entire process—from signing the contract to move-in—was smooth and well-organized. Communication was clear at every step, and I always felt informed and supported. The use of digital tools made the paperwork easy to manage, and the team was professional and responsive throughout. Clear communication from the sales and escrow teams helped ease the anxiety of the process. The walkthrough process before move-in was thorough and gave me a chance to catch small issues. The builder’s warranty program and orientation provided peace of mind after moving in. Move-in day went as planned, and everything was ready and in great condition. I truly appreciate how stress-free the experience was. What I disliked most: There was nothing I disliked. Everything exceeded my expectations.

Our builder — Jake — has been extraordinary in making sure that the home my wife actually becomes a home. Any little detail that we missed during walkthroughs or things that have come up, he is always there to fix it and check up on us. It’s taken a tremendous stress off of my wife and I knowing that we have a builder who cares about building homes not just houses. Just from this experience, I cannot recommend New Home Co enough. This has been the best experience I’ve ever had with new construction.
