Schedule and communications were good. Process was easy to navigate and options were extensive. Overall build quality is good, but there are a lot of touch ups that still need to be processed after the home was taken over by me. Still, I'm satisfied with how everything turned out and am looking forward to staying here for along time.

I am very happy with the home. I love that we have a year to have all of the small things fixed in it. However, even though the company has been great about repairing everything we request, all of the repairs are difficult because one of us has had to say home multiple days to be home for the repairs to be done. I don't know if there really is any way around this problem. We are grateful to have it all fixed. It is just difficult taking time off so much to have them done. We have also been having a huge problem with black widows. We have found multiple in the garage and outside. We have sprayed multiple times and they keep coming back. Again, I don't know if that is something that can be helped.

The Lender referred by the New Home Company was a horrible experience. Liked Well Fargo referred by the New Home Company instead as they helped explain a lot of the purchase process. Liked how organized the process was in terms of clear communication on dates to remember and what needs to be completed. Also love the design process with [name removed] as she was very helpful in designing our home.

We felt the cleanup around the parameters of the home was poor from the construction workers and had to have two tires changed due to nails. Also some of the interior walls (bottom corners) appear to have been repaired and curve looking finishes instead of the squared finish.

The time between purchase and move in were considered unprecedented times…and the delays were numerous. I do feel like a bit more could have been done to ensure all materials were installed on time for move in. We did not have shower doors or even a real front door to our home.
