We love our condominium. Our major dislike is that the construction of the rest of the condominiums has stopped leaving us in a construction zone for the foreseeable future.

My unit at Icon is LOVELY ! However, the garage parking situation is not up to par with the quality and feel of the brand new, beautifully designed and appointed Condos. My 'original' 2 parking spots (#7 and #8 as noted on original Icon Parking/Storage Map) were reassigned to an Owner purchasing before me (Unit 2001) and a prime spot (#4) was redesigned into handicap parking for the Owner in the adjoining spot (#5), actually room for 3 cars in spots 4 and 5- so as the last to purchase in Building One, I have the 2 spots #1and #6, opposing each other, as you immediately enter the parking garage --- an impossibility to have the motion detector raise the door as my car is inches away, parallel, from the garage door and NEVER approaches the door- head on - to have the sensor raise the door. After jiggling and performing k-turns, I can get the super fast door to raise - I then hope NOT to be broadsided while I jiggle to get the car pointed in the right direction. It seems to me to be either poor engineering or poor marketing to assign those 2 spots to the same Owner rather than assigning a 'parkable' spot and a not so 'parkable' spot to an Owner. Meanwhile 25% of the garage is assigned to one Owner (Unit 2000 with spots #4 and #5) and that Owner chooses to park instead in the 'added' double wide handicap spot in the garage - made out of #4..... seems like there is a better Solution yet as much as I seek one --- nothing yet !

There have been a number of significant, documented issues in my home which has greatly created nothing but emotional stress and frustration. The ONLY positive in dealing with these issues has been Jason Downey's attention and responsiveness, and his customer care assistance.

I was very pleased. I loved the condo. Actually the woman who was beyond helpful, was [name removed]. Honestly she was so amazing. She made our moving in so helpful. She answered all of my questions, also was so upbeat. A pleasure to work with!! I can’t say enough about [name removed].
