It sometimes takes a while to get issues resolved. Sometimes I feel like I need to be a “squeaky wheel” in order to get issues resolved. Commitments haven’t always been met, including having contractors not show up on 2 occasion where I’ve either taken off work or left early to meet them. I love the home so much and I’m really happy with it, I just don’t think warranty support should be so difficult.

We had an initial issue with the sales team who entered our contact information incorrectly which had reverberating effects downstream with NFM Lending + First American Title. The issue was eventually resolved, but we had difficulty receiving updated documents with our contact information corrected.
