I liked that the process was pretty seamless, from meeting [name removed] to working with [name removed]. [name removed] has also been a big help on getting any minor issues dealt with. As of yet we have found nothing not to like, please do not build in front of my roof deck view, that I will not like

I like how everyone is very friendly has been very responsive and quick with addressing any questions or issues we have with the home. We often see [name removed] on our walks around the neighborhood and she never hesitates to say hi to us and see how we are doing. [name removed] has been great at addressing any issues with the home in a timely manner. We've been in the home for 6 months and all the work order requests were assigned and are completed. It's nice to not have any pending items that we have to try to schedule in between our work days. I wish there were more street sweeping/road clean up occurring in the community. I understand we live in an active construction site, but during our walks with our dogs, we’ve come across nails scattered along the road and sidewalks, which we’ve been picking up and discarding. Since moving in, we have already had to separate occasions of nails in our car tires. These tires could not be repaired and new ones had to be purchased. It was incredibly frustrating because one of the tire replacement happened right after we had just purchased a brand new set of tires for that car. If [name removed] is not going to make efforts to ensure nails and other construction related debris aren't in the roadway, then they should at least offer or take responsibility to reimburse homeowners tires. It would also be great if [name removed] could explore other internet service providers as they build out the community. For us, we are offered xfinity and att internet, but it would be nice to also have other options like google, monkeybrains, or sonic. I did wish that there was more flexibility or transparency regarding [name removed]'s fit and finish warranty. We we're told to put any tickets for repair requests as soon as we saw them but we're told exactly how much time we had. I'm not sure how many months we have before it falls on homeowner's responsibility, but if it could be closer to 4-5 months it would be ideal because there's so much moving and unpacking that happens in the first two months that the time goes by fast. Sometimes I didn't see things needed to be fixed or repaired until 3 months into the home.

[name removed] and [name removed] were very professional and knowledgeable. They were willing to work after hours to accommodate my schedule and always answered any questions timely. It was truly a pleasure working with them and I look forward to continuing my relationship with Land and Sea homes!

Like: [name removed] with the customer care team has been great Dislike: Shuffling of customer care staff has made it difficult to get consistent answers, slow response to warranty issues, slow response to emails, lack of transparency in dealing with subcontractors, short to no notice for scheduling repairs.

Not having warranty issues dealt with in a timely manner, not being given sufficient lead time to make arrangements to be home when asked for windows of availability, general attitude of sales staff is poor, and constantly rotating care team members make it difficult to follow up on issues.
