The lending was a nightmare. With hindsight, I would've have went with a lender/bank that I've had previous home/rental property loans as working with Universal Lending was very unpleasant. The amount of hoops I had to jump through was uncalled for; and even now 3 weeks after closing I am still being pestered via email for more information.

how professional and in touch our lender cindy was at all times with us throughout the process, she updated us about any and everything that was going on with our home buying journey and was very helpful when it came to answering any of our questions.
