I like everything about [name removed], as a first time home buyer. My experience was fantastic. Everything was on point, everyone was very professional, and I was updated very frequently on the process of the house. Overall the [name removed] is great. I would without a doubt buy another home in the future.

The solar panels the company that took over sunPower is called Complete Solar and is really bad never awers the phone i need my soolar panels activated but still no response from them.

My likes between the office and construction. I have the opportunity to meet them all. I enjoyed and like how my husband and I were treated with great respect. Great company would definitely buy a home through this company again.

I disliked how rushed I feel the home was made. After moving in we found several base boards and doors that had paint which was dripping but had been dried. Several of the door handles were crooked and not leveled. We love our home but I feel like landsea could take more time in finishing the home correctly and not rushing the painting process. What I did like about landsea was how responsive they were to make repairs or fix damages.

There was never a dislike. We loved our home. We are so happy with our home, especially all the people that was involved and preparing our home especially Mr.[name removed] [name removed] he always went the call of duty if my husband and I found anything wrong with the home
