The lack of communication from our sales agent once we got closer to closing. We had a date change of closing 2 days before we were supposed to close and we got a short email that was outrageous due to no care or apology. It took a lot of calling and conversation with corporate to justify the actions. [name removed] never congratulated or reached out and i found that very rude especially since she made commission from my purchase. I’m waiting on things that we weren’t happy with before moving in with our stove top being off centered and our hood sleeve dented and our expensive spindles being stained and chipped

Lack of customer service. Obvious defects in the construction of the house. They have failed to keep the promises made before the contract and no one has ever spoken to give a justification and these carelessness.

As for the sales woman, her attention was excellent. Regarding the house, we have had plumbing problems (stones in the shower) and another bathroom, poor installation of the kitchen sink piping, and the lawn, when we came for the last walkthrough, they told us they would change it because it always was ...
