Worst customer care I have ever experienced. No quality control at all in the construction of the house. Just to quote few examples the faucets in bathroom are aligned so badly that water spill all over. The toilet seats in 3 bathrooms are not even same and of different model. Bathroom doors in the second floor are so weirdly made that the ground clearance is so low and it appears as if we are sitting on floor. There is no uniformity in any aspect. Now talking about high performance home package, the [name removed] homes and none of the members of customer team have any clue about the inclusions. I was cheated and falsely promised on a garage opener that is compatible with apple HomeKit. Till dat 7 months after closure, still did not receive it.

Worst customer support. Very cheap and bad construction quality. The design center and the costs of the upgrades offered vs the quality of jobs

So far I am pleased with the community. While there have been a number of issues to address so far we have been able to communicate them to [name removed] so they could be addressed. We are still waiting for some outstanding items to be resolved but we expect that they will be taken care of as promised.
