Minor imperfections in the house in terms of CF craftsmanship but those are being slowly taken care of by us submitting tickets in

It was pretty seamless from contract to move in. [name removed] was easy to get a hold of and communicate with and fix any issues I had with the new home. [name removed] was great as well with helping me talking to the loan officers and getting what I needed for the loan.

Since it is new construction home there are many unknowns that the buy need to deal with such as usps, dmv, internet, and solar activation. There were no clear instructions received ahead of time or even after closing.
