The audio person named [name removed] did not take care of things the way I hoped for. He did not have much knowledge concerning my Bose system. He refused to take my brand new Bose wiring made specifically for my system . He claimed not accepting liability. He had his own wiring put in with no ac jacks at the end of each wire. This would be impossible to put in the Bose sub-woofer. As a result ,I had the phoenix technician cut off the ac jacks from my brand new Bose wiring and crimped them on to the existing wiring. In addition, [name removed] said he would be on the premises to make sure everything was in order and maintain quality control. I was told he was a no show. In addition, the wiring for the front speakers was off and not centered properly. The rear speakers were too far up front from the rear. They should have been 4 inches back from the back ceiling. Instead, they were about 2 feet in front and had cover plates covering them, instead of a small hole for the wires to go through. I had to have the sheet rock guys redo part of the ceiling because of this.

I liked the experience of buying pre-construction and being able to pick out the various personalizations. I do wish that the sales person was more clear on the smaller size of our lot compared to the others around us and that they communicated the presence multiple utilities boxes on our front lawn.

The whole process was fantastic! Beginning to end! Our sales guy- [name removed] was amazing, super communicative & answered any and all questions. [name removed]- our project manager on site was & has still been awesome! I totally felt like a priority throughout the process & not just another number.
