We encountered many issues upon move in with the home - many centered around plumbing. Communication has been quite difficult as well. Although there have been personnel changes which somewhat improved communication, I still feel like I send follow up emails and texts regularly.

From my first visit when I arrived at the sales offices , the sales person , [name removed], a person who not only sells the property, but walks with you until the end of the process. A woman to respect and admire. Friendly, efficient in everything that concerns his work and more, always maintaining excellent communication, without importing hours outside of his work hours. The sales team worked in close agreement with Lender and protect manager . Great team [name removed] Home .

The times we have called for the warranty, out of the 3 times we have called, they have only come on one occasion to fix the water heater.

I have had a toxic problem with my home since June of 2024 until now. I have been sick and others who have visited me have also gotten sick. I had 20-21 tiles in my home had to be replaced, a porch door (safety issue)that recently got fixed from last year until now. A door which had to be replaced. A faulty front door which was jammed (another safety issue) water tank in garage that leaked faulty switch, faulty wire in air handler, and other issues.THIS IS A BRAND NEW HOME!!!!!!!!

After it only being a year, the quality of the build is lacking. We have a lot of squeaking in the floors that shouldn’t be there. Some of the doors don’t close properly because they weren’t cut correctly to account for the change in weather temperature.
