What I liked most is the sense of urgency my warranty point of contact [name removed] showed when there was an issue. I didn’t have to wait for things around my home to get fixed. She took my inquiries and service request serious.

There were several issues with the home and never got resolved in timely manner. Plus the no shows of workers while taking off work to be home. Work never done completely.

There were a lot of unclear information re: price and APR. [name removed] (builder) was really amazing. He helped us by answering a lot of our questions and was able to provide follow up to see how we were doing. The only dissatisfaction we had was there were a lot of imperfections we started to notice upon settling in. Ex: uneven ceiling, door knobs on every door we’re not screwed tightly to the point our master bath door knob fell off. Thankfully my husband is a handy man. Send to have areas in the home that may not have proper insulation as there are certain spots/ rooms in our home where there is an obvious temperature difference. We went a month without realizing our Air conditioning has no filter. [name removed] was on it though and brought us one right away! I know there are deadlines to be met but would recommend truly being diligent in the execution of the build as these are huge purchases that families are making. Other than that my husband and I always talk about how much we love our home

Previously, the situation was full of lies, deception, and unresolved issues, initiated by the builder ([name removed]) and the company representatives, Messrs. [name removed] and [name removed]. Currently, there is good customer service and quick response times.

There has been constructions issues since I moved in and it has been a nightmare to get these issues resolved. It has taken more than a yr to fix these issues and the person in charge has taken gor ever ([name removed]). I regret buying from Land Sea, i wish I could give this house back and look somewhere else.

During my walkthrough with [name removed], he was proactive at identifying attention-areas and clearly communicated the functions of the home . [name removed] was professional and always responded quickly to any questions/concerns I had. I would highly recommend [name removed] homes!
