I liked the design center process. I enjoyed working with [name removed] from the lending side. I initially had [name removed] as my agent before moving to a new property, but [name removed] stepped in and really made me feel good about the process. She was amazing to work with.

The builder [name removed] was amazing to work with, he went above and beyond even following up after the close., The purchase and close was portion was ok but we felt like another transaction. The sales and finance teams were not engaged however [name removed] at the office tried to help where she could.
