Overall, I am satisfy with warranty service/customer care experience. [name removed] (Construction Manager) has been especially great. More sources need to be dedicated on scheduling, execution and status updates of the work orders pending.

It was nice to be able to pick the interior finishes. There were plenty of options and [name removed] at the design phase was great.

We are extremely disappointed with the quality of service we received from customer care. We have service requests that are still open after 5 months. There are several changes of personal in this time and I always have to make several requests for them to do anything. Terrible service!

Poor customer service after purchase. [name removed] was not in 'new condition' when we purchased. Windows and screens were not clean. [name removed] interior paint is terrible with flat and semi-gloss finishes throughout the inside. Much improvement needed.

Purchase experience was great. The help we are receiving after the purchase is great as well. The quality of the home, work that was performed, and just construction effort itself in providing quality work isn’t good. A lot of mistakes were done that we are still working through, paint job seems really bad (all walls have see through patches and lines), concrete work has puddle patches, windows not level and operate different from each other, cabinets are really cheap and have gaps at connections, even some design ideas aren’t the best.

Customer service representative [name removed] is doing a great job. She has been doing everything she could to get fixed all the quality issues we found in our new home. Unfortunately, we do not feel the same about the rest of the New Home Company and their sub-contractors.

From Contract to Move In to our new home only took a little over 2 months. We truly appreciate the efficiency, professionalism and friendliness of the TNHC personnel involved. Special thanks to [name removed], [name removed] and [name removed].
