Unables to solve a single request, and when multiple items need attention you have to wait more than 4 months with no response! Warranty department has not fix the things I requested. Sales person promised upgrades and good service but now the are going back and forward with my request. Terrible service! And very expensive

During the purchase and inspection times, the builder's associates would not make themselves available outside of banker's hours to accommodate my own walk throughs and inspections. As now we have lived in the home for nearly a year, we've noticed many things that are disappointing. The paint, for example - it doesn't appear to exist. The finish on the walls wipes off white like sheetrock, indicating that either there is not paint or the paint is of very poor quality. It's also cracking in several corners from settling. The caulk used in the bathrooms was not adequate or water tight. There are nail pops in several areas of the house - why are there nail pops so soon after construction? This is unacceptable. The tile floors are porous and cheap, absorbing dirt and difficult to clean. The tiles and grout weren't sealed under the guise that if settling occurs and a tile cracks, the color match would be inadequate but the floors are so nasty from not being sealed that there would be discrepancies in color anyway - this argument is invalid and doesn't make sense. There were many lighting fixtures simply not added. We were told the counter tops are quartz but they are not - they are a composite blend of resin and quartz that is basically the scraps mushed back together and turned into countertops. The house cost a half million dollars and the budget cutting measures taken during the build are simply unacceptable for the amount of money that was spent on the house. In the exterior, the sprinkler system was run in such a way that we are now having to have it re-routed completely because it couldn't be capped in the rear alone for the installation of a pool. The landscaping was cheap and left a lot to be desired, plants were used that were not cold hearty or heat hearty, thus dying in the hot summer sun or cooler winter evenings. The pavers in the driveway have settled and the driveway is now wavy and needs to be reset. The HVAC went out a month ago and Del Air, who installed and warrantied it, did not want to fix it. During purchase, we were advised of the home warranty but after closing on the purchase and reviewing the actual home warranty, it is lacking in basic coverage for many of the aspects of the house. If I was going to do it all over again and spend this kind of money, I would not use Risewell/[name removed]. The homeowners in the area are all very much asserting at this time that [name removed] did not perform to the degree expected for what the asking price and it's disappointing.

The overall experience was positive, I honestly liked the process, one thing that I would like to hear from your sales people, is to have more flexibility in some small details that could make a difference, even if those details would imply to the customer to pay an extra. I felt like everything was fixed and in a rush to close, that would not lead to any kind of improvements, and those details would not have hurt, and we were in disposition to pay for them, please be more flexible on those things.

I appreciate the location of the property—it’s in a very quiet neighborhood, which I truly enjoy. However, the quality of the building materials used in the home is not ideal. The house lacks sufficient storage space, came without light fixtures in the bedrooms, and was also missing basic hardware such as towel bars and toilet paper holders.

Where to begin....as i have done this back in the early months of 2024..... with no luck: re problems here, I had listed back then... Dishwasher bottom rusted already.... Refrigerator has a big dent on the right side bottom door.. Kitchen Broken cabinet molding Windows are all uneven And screens not fitted properly. Tiles layered uneven Walls n floors are not straight n even... Wiring off -Outlets not working - still need an qualified electioneer Garage door is off on left side Plus on the sides of the outside foundation is off and or cracked badly All inside doors are hung wrong n not centered!! Cleaners didn't clean ..had metal shavings in both bathrooms Kitchen counter is off center with the over head 3 lights The roof is not sealed properly... Recently FIXED !! Patio door - uneven (see by looking at screen door) - Recently FIXED !! Plain in simple this home was just slapped up in a hurry...with contractors who just didn't take pride in their work. When we were going through the process of looking, contract on, etc... Per [name removed] and the agent here - [name removed] that all these items would be repaired, cleaned and ready for move in..... WHICH IT WAS NOT!!! They never put a "Under Contract" sign - they continue to have people in and out of our home for viewings. which is why we had a filthy mess to deal with.....carpets dirty, with muddy footprints over it, spiders everywhere because of the front door and patio not being properly put in. not to mention other critters.... garbage even in a few rooms ... this [name removed] Homes development was and is Definity a disappointment - for we loved what we were looking at in West Palm Bay area... We're hoping with [name removed] - these things will be repaired and done right....
