What I liked is that [name removed], [name removed] and [name removed] were very experienced in the loan processing of my home and always available to answer questions that did arise during that time. [name removed], very professional conducted the two walk throughs prior to closing and on closing day. He explained everything in clear detail of how things worked, ie electrical, water, gas, faucets to include warranty registration for my appliances, air conditioner, tankless water heater etc. [name removed] was very or professional, knowledgeable and helpful. I thank them all for their professionalism.

The preferred lender w Land & Sea was unable to fund me and let me 3 days prior to close! This was unfortunate, causing much stress and a delay in closing. Thankful for US Bank who then funded my loan.

I felt the incentive being offered were very generous with the market as it is. My sales representative was consistently in contact throughout the process. [name removed] and [name removed] the superintendents answered all my questions. Our first walk the home was very clean with minor items to be corrected. Appointments have been made for the item that required ordering. My lender [name removed] with [name removed] was extremely knowledgeable, and I felt was working for me in my best interest regarding the loan. Closing was a breeze and was excited to get moved in. Now that I moved in, seems everything is great, but I know I can rely on [name removed] and the customer service department if anything is needed.
