Quality of home, such as painting (which was upgraded), walls, doors, floor grout in corners, baseboard dings and patio not level. I felt as if they were too quick to build the home and short cuts on quality. This is my second home and the quality is not near as good as Richmond American.

Currently we turned on our heater but it doesn’t heat the home. I love our mountain view. Easier to maintain as it is a smaller home than I previously owned. Much quieter area to live in.

Everything is done very professionally and all concerns were addressed promptly. Following the one year inspection, [name removed] coordinated with different companies to quickly repair any of the issues we had.

The speed at which they work is very slow and it is piecemealed together so they have to keep coming back again and again to get it right

She provided excellent customer service and was available whenever I had a question. She took the time to listen to our concerns and help find solutions whenever possible. It is clear that she cares highly about the homebuyers in this neighborhood, and we are so grateful that she was our warranty rep.
