Some of the quality of the finishes is sub par. While understanding this a "spec" home, the quality of the tile, etc.is very poor; the lack of commitment to make this right in a new home is disheartening and has taken away from the good parts.

I have been extremely pleased with the communications/explanations from [name removed] (although he was promoted and I have had minimal contact for the majority of the time) who displays a strong commitment to his job/its goals and ensuring the customer understands. I have not been happy with the interior paint job/door moldings - very rushed/shoddy/paint globs, drip marks, dented molding, overspray, etc. The tile is also a source at issue with the grout /tile quality/integrity. There has hardly been movement in the house in the last 11 months and I have waited to do almost anything until my year was up, so that I can get it cleaned and sealed. No one ever told me it would not be sealed.
