I had a lot of issues at the beginning with the house but overall the response from [name removed] was outstanding, especially with [name removed] that she really took care of me, even in her last days of pregnancy. I really dont have any bad comment to make in general.

[name removed] was phenomenal. He was professional, knowledgeable, efficient, caring and expedient. From finding my house to pre-approval to contract was one day. I had done my research and quickly downloaded all my documents so it was a team effort. From contract to closing was a month! That timeframe is unheard of for buying a house with financing! I met [name removed], the project manager, and immediately noticed how much he truly cared about building a high quality house. His passion and knowledge was unmatched in any other project manager I have met when buying a home. [name removed] and [name removed] are truly gems for [name removed] Home in [name removed] [name removed], St. Cloud, Fl. Moving in was a breeze. [name removed] routinely checks on me to see if I need anything and immediately addresses any little issues that come up. Hands down, the best experience in buying a house from start to finish!
