From contact to closing, the process was fairly straightforward. The salesperson, [name removed] was easy to work with and was great at providing updates throughout the process. The warranty person (I did not catch her name) gave me a sheet of "who to call", should problems arise, and it turns out the sheet is extremely inaccurate. The final walk-thru guy, [name removed], was very nice but if we would have done the inspections the way we wanted to, verses the prescribed "LandSea Homes Way", we might have caught some issues that showed up after closing-and still haven't been resolved.

The Field Builder was very attentive to our concerns, and on our inspection before closing, we were very surprised to see what a great job he did to fix everything and beyond.
