Need to folow up 3-4 times Build quality and Operation process - Landscape and grass was laid 2 months before closing. Never felt like Million dollar home I had to point out every mistake and get it corrected

Flexibility in what we would have wanted vs what it comes with is lacking. No ability to select finishings means we have to accept quality of what is supplied and in the end need to change anyway.

The buying process was paltry but I get it! Overall I think the house was well built and the majority of people I has contact with were excellent! Suggested improvements… the hardwood floors are damaged. They should remain covered until the owner walk through. The wood fencing is sloppy …. I already had to fix the gate due to poor workmanship. I’d find another vendor or have the current vendor improve their building process.

I liked the initial purchase process to signing the contract. Sales person [name removed] was helpful in waiting for us to go through decision making process until signing the contract. It was downhill from there on. We seldom received any updates through the build process. We had to reach out regarding walkthrough and closing dates too. Closed with a pending item which was supposed to be addressed within a month but was never addressed. 30-day warranty was on 4th of July week and we were not available. We emailed warranty people a few times of our availability but they never responded. Landscaping is not so great. The grass was dead in the initial walkthrough and asked them to replace it, which again was bad quality. Flower bed has barely any mulch and dead bushes. We were supposed to get the mail box keys from the sales team and never got it until I enquirer. But [name removed] said the keys were not working and we have to go to post office to get the new. They have not shared the details and that’s a nightmare experience going back and forth with the USPS. We have not received the keys yet.

Communication gap since I signed the contract to purchase the home and it still continues while using warranty services. Warranty tickets are addressed in very slow manner and recent assigned warranty manager is very poor in communicating anything. Repair guy shows up without any advance notice and not sure what happens if I am not home. I didn't have a pleasant home buying experience at Trophy, it was a painful process. The workers of Trophy including the sales person assumed they are the owners and continued that mentality throughout the purchase and after the purchase. Getting keys to the home after purchase was also a big deal, getting mail box key was another disaster and not to mention about getting pool keys. I would strongly suggest Trophy to educate their employees all level to understand what is their role in constructing and selling homes. I still have roof leaking issue and one window having crack that is not addressed. Also noticed cracks in multiple places of my building within a month of purchase and is not yet addressed. Hoping that Trophy fixes all my issues before the 1 year warranty expiring.

Warranty manager have been a great resource of taking care of issues and staying top of it. Warranty service is likable so far. I still have cracks on outside bricks in multiple places but promised to be fixed before the first year ownership.

Several imperfections never corrected properly in sheetrock, brick, cleaning of tile prior to move-in, painting of garage looks like it was done by very inexperienced Painter (so many areas missed), garage door does not work right when organizing button, smell is awful in Master Bath drains and never fixed right, front door was changed out with door that is sloppy stained and missing stain with paint over-spill

My experience with Trophy has been a bad experience. I haven’t seen a builder market their property as luxury and put low quality products into the home. I continue to have several problems with my home and it’s been nothing but trouble retrying to get the issues resolved. Currently it only heats up in the main areas like living room and hallways and the bedrooms remain cold. TEMPO said there was nothing they could do but in the meantime I paid for a [name removed] that has several issues. From the day of walk thru, I’ve asked Trophy to deliver the home in the manner that it was suppose to be delivered.

The overall experience has been the worst experience in my 12 years of Real Estate. I have so many things wrong with this home it’s like I have to almost do an over haul. Everytime the warranty service comes out, they tell us what their not going to do instead of listening to our valid complaint. It has been a very bad experience especially as a Realtor purchasing from a builder

The warranty team led by [name removed] worked diligently to complete several tasks which included mostly correcting the poor quality painting in several rooms of the house that were never completed by the original painters. I’m very pleased with the work they did.

Poor communication. My home built was completely off the committed timeline. Having exterior wall cracks in multiple places in 1 month of buying. Issue with survey wasn’t handled smoothly. They left fence opened for more than necessary days, broke couple of pipelines, water puddles and mosquitoes forming and that trash created by this is not picked up yet. Communication was totally 0 from sales manager. Every time I have to chase to get any update. Over all, my stress level increased so much and my health is taking a hit because of poor Trophy’s team.

Our house was so behind and our move in date kept getting pushed back and cycled through so many builders When [name removed] got the house, he turned it around. He was honest with us, and kept his commitments and absolutely cared about our family. Because of [name removed], my experience was THE BEST EVER. We are absolutely blessed and lucky to have him build our beautiful home!!!

The original close in date was October. Then it moved to December and I eventually was handed over the house in March. There were 3 different managers who handled my home. The home was stuck in the framing stage for almost 3 months without any progress. I also did not get good communication from the sales person throughout the process. I had to communicate with the building manager myself. My notes to the president of the company went unanswered. While I am happy with the quality, I am disappointed with the lack of communication and delays.

We hate everything about this house. Finish work? What finish work? Straight lines? What straight lines? The house was basically completed in 8 weeks. NOT at our request. It was a money grab and it shows. The paint is coming off the walls, floors coming up, kitchen cabinets are SHIT. Lighting sucks. If caulking was even done it was done with a fat thumb and random. Oh! And don’t forget the XXXXX ing drug pipe we found in the attic. which explains the bowed walls & complete lack of care.
