Since 1984, Eliant has been independently evaluating the performance of homebuilders across the U.S., Canada, and the Middle East:

  • We ask recent homebuyers to evaluate their builder's purchase process.

I loved the entire experience. [name removed] was exceptionally nice and made sure we were comfortable in our new home. That meant a lot because we relocated from another state. I had full confidence in [name removed] that our home would be beautiful.

Our primary builder [name removed] is great. He walked through the steps multiple times with us of what we need to know and do including warranty tickets and general house knowledge. As a first time homeowner, it was great to be provided this type of guidance. He is also very professional and tends to issues with care and urgency. His communication is top notch. [name removed] was also a friendly and knowledgeable individual who was great from the start. She gave us the rundown from the start of us coming to check out the properties and has kept extremely solid communication with us from the start. These are our two primary contacts as they are the most reliable and personable individuals we have met who represent Trophy Signature Homes. Coming from the [name removed] Corps in Japan, it has been a quick and stressful transition for my pregnant wife, daughter, and I. These two people have made it an as easy transition as possible. -break- On a side note, the [name removed] Residential Community Inc. has been extremely difficult to get a hold of. We moved in and did not realize that we had to keep our trash inside. We were hit with a violation (which is fine) and fixed the problem within minutes. We then reached out to [name removed], who was the initial person to reach out to us with the violation, to let them know we fixed the issue and were inquiring about trash, recycling, bulk, and so on. We never heard back from her or her team, so we sent an additional three emails seeking guidance to be within the regulations of the Enforcement Committee. It took 13 days to get a response back, where the response was cold and particularly unhelpful. It was a link to the trash website. I called this morning to the phone number listed for [name removed] Residential Community Inc. and was transferred to an unknown voicemail after connecting with a representative who asked my issue without any introduction on their end. I left a voicemail, called back, then was immediately transferred to voicemail, where I left another voicemail. I called a third time and spoke to [name removed]. She was great- friendly, helpful, personable, and down to earth. She has been the only helpful individual from the [name removed] Residential Community Inc. team. She told me that our violation is still open 22 days after being fixed on our end and that it shouldn't be. [name removed] stated she would reach out to [name removed] and call me back within the day for resolving this issue of the open violation as well as help us out with getting our community amenity access that we have been trying to gain since January 16th, 2025.

Dislike, was probably underwriting process and paperwork. Loved everything else about it. The employees, especially the builder [name removed] hand held our hand through the first home purchase process!

Except for few minor repairs, the house was ready to live in. Utilities, basic appliances, yards and drive ways + garage all were ready to use on day one. Good feeling. Dislikes : I wish you installed cabinet handles (at least wholes created), provide option to install water softner before we move in. Pest control was necessary before we moved in (one service to the least).

Just the misrepresentation of $25k credit to closing costs was really $20k in reality as the lender had to make up that credit in additional fees charged.
