Since 1984, Eliant has been independently evaluating the performance of homebuilders across the U.S., Canada, and the Middle East:

[name removed] [name removed] was a headache to work with at first, but [name removed] made the end of the process easy to understand and always open to questions or last min. phone call. [name removed], with Trophy, was also really great about helping us solve the issues we were dealing with [name removed] [name removed]. I would say to reevaluate the lender being used or restrict it to lender agents that actually know what they are doing. The blue tape and orientation day went great. [name removed] walked us through the house to tought us all we needed to know about our home. Super thankful to move in and be informed on troubleshooting or even emergency contacts.

The only problems I’ve had are with outside services for the community. The post office had not made their master key to the community mail station, and the HOA has not gotten my amenities fob working yet.

[name removed] of all, TROPHY HOMES is my number one choice. Im from Nigeria and the mansions in Nigeriais similar to the Trophy homes design. So when i saw Trophy homes online and the design set up, i was moved and i said “THIS WILL BE MY HOUSE. Also, [name removed] made my walk through so stress-free. He really showed me all i need to know in the house. He was really helpful. He answered all my questions nicely. Im glad i bought this house. [name removed] atwell made me feel welcomed. Thank u
