Since 1984, Eliant has been independently evaluating the performance of homebuilders across the U.S., Canada, and the Middle East:

Like - the purchase experience was very quick and easy. [name removed] was readily available for any questions during the buying process and was accommodating with the [name removed] payment deadline as my bank did not allow wire transfers through the app and the deadline was on a Sunday, when banks are closed. Our favorite part of the purchase experience was [name removed], he was and still is helpful beyond measure and answers every question we have.The walk-throughs were very informative as well. Dislike - Some sealant was missing near the toilet in one of the bathrooms so there was a lot of ants but we got it fixed.
