Whenever I made a call to [name removed] on an issue, he returned my call or text and made sure it was addressed and taken care of immediately. [name removed] is the Best! My year inspection person was [name removed]; he addressed my concerns and took care of my issues which were minor.

[name removed], on the sales team, was wonderful during the home buying process. [name removed], warranty organizer , helped get my warranty claims processed and minor issues resolved.

Overall, our experience with TSH has been great. We love & would recommend working with Ms. [name removed] & Mr. [name removed] (Sales), and Mr. [name removed] (Builder) wholeheartedly. We were very blessed to get to work with them. The purchase & some of the build process was seamless, and we were happy with the experience. That being said (and that it's been a year we purchased our home), we do have some concerns relating to our house (side/yard grading, etc.). We're happy to discuss these concerns with any THS staff, since TSH encourages high scores across all survey aspects. However, we love that THS expresses genuine willingness to discuss them with homeowners to try and make things right. =)

Overall [name removed] and [name removed] and [name removed] have been great to worth with. The home is all in all great! We have had some minor issues that have been resolved quickly. My biggest negatives have been the yard is a little lumpy and soft in some places. Also the Matte paint is impossible to clean and I wish I would have known it needed to be painted before to keep it easy to clean.

The breeze of everything on y’all’s end. Our only hiccup was the lender. They were horrible at not calling back/answering. We asked several times to please contact the realtor if you need something but they kept calling me.
