[name removed] the warranty manager was very supportive and responsive when i was having trouble with my dryer. He arranged for an electrician to come out to the house, make an assessment and fixed the problem.

Nothing so far. Warranty Customer service is great, jumped on my issue with my flooding water in the backyard. I do have some concrete breaking at the end of my garage pull in but other that that I’m satisfied.

Every community could benefit from his dedication to providing the needs of new home buyers. [name removed] went above and beyond to ensure that he went over every inch of the home with a fine tooth comb to where you felt confident and comfortable with the home that you were purchasing. I felt like I was in the semiprofessional league the day I closed as well as several days after. Great experience overall 100% satisfaction.

Due to frequent work travel, I had limited time to close on and move into my new home. I encountered issues transferring a utility because I wasn’t informed I needed to visit city hall in person. I also didn’t receive my mail keys at closing and, due to my travel schedule, haven’t been able to pick them up from the Trophy office. Despite these minor inconveniences, the overall home buying experience was excellent. The construction manager, [name removed], was especially helpful, attentive, and responsive to all my concerns.
