Many smaller things have not been fixed that we pointed out before moving on. There was also supposed to be something done to the foundation that has not been done yet. [name removed] and [name removed] were great with communication and were extremely helpful. We would like a timeline of when some of the things may be fixed though that we noted before our move in.

Everything was super easy. I really liked the process the whole way through. No complaints at all. We had a few "new house growing pains" but all the issues were quickly resolved before move in.

I liked: the way we were sent updates on the progress from [name removed], the way the builder/[name removed] has interacted with us and solved our outlying issues. The thing I didn't like was the care different contractors i.e. tile and brick contractors took during initial installation. While visiting from out of state I would drop by the house to check on the progress and I found there were instances of unprofessionalism and a lack of respect for the property.

I was kept updated throughout the process. My contractor [name removed] has been awesome and so helpful. Such great customer service! My house was completed early as well so I could move in sooner.

I would have really appreciated the ability to have prepaid upgrades. There are a number of things that were easy and cost effective to do during construction and now I am having to spend more to do these after the fact.

Multiple doors in the house don't properly seal, letting in cold air. Electrical outlets don't work in my master bathroom, grout isn't sealed in the shower, not the weep holes, different spot. I had my warranty meeting on January 3rd and have heard nothing since. This is a much poorer experience than I had with my last Trophy [name removed], previously I would have recommended other people buy one, now not so much.
