The quality of the build is suspect. Most trims, doors, cabinets, are in need of repair already. An LED light is burned out with no spares. [name removed], construction manager, said to call with any problems but he will not pick up the phone since day 2 of the move in

Hello - Here is what I liked the online process is pretty smooth. But after that I feel as if it should be more organized when the warranty rep comes by the house. All the rep has was a note book with hand written notes of the stuff that I had posted. He took pictures on his personal Phone which was not stored on an app for future reference. The tracking of the work that was suppose to be done was very inconsistent. I feel like I had to follow-up numerous times. Theres lot of "Got ya" moments. Example #1 - The builder said " whatever doesn't get done now, we can fix in 6 months with warranty if its not a big deal to you". Comes time for warranty "It is the owner responsibility it is not covered. The home was built in a rush, but when its time to get things fixed it takes forever. hard to communicate with the workers language barrier, they show with work order lost and ask me what I need. Workers showed with incorrect paint.

satisfied with the quality of the home. Extremely disappointed with the lack of lawn care prior to me purchasing the home. Definitely need new sod in the backyard and on the side of my house where they are building a new home.
