The hardest part about it was how smooth it was…I expected so much more chaos but it was the complete opposite. [name removed], our builder, made sure everything about the house was quality! He ensured anything was fixed that the workers missed.

I like how smooth the purchase transaction was since my lender worked close with Trophy Homes. [name removed] was always there when i had question and answer my emails within a timely manner. We encountered a couple of hiccups when trying to get approved but [name removed] never gave up. The construction manager [name removed] was a great guy to work with since i moved in to my home. He always answer my calls and messages when i had questions about my house or any issues. He's a honest person and truly believe he tries his best to build a well build home for everybody.

Hello - Here is what I liked the online process is pretty smooth. But after that I feel as if it should be more organized when the warranty rep comes by the house. All the rep has was a note book with hand written notes of the stuff that I had posted. He took pictures on his personal Phone which was not stored on an app for future reference. The tracking of the work that was suppose to be done was very inconsistent. I feel like I had to follow-up numerous times. Theres lot of "Got ya" moments. Example #1 - The builder said " whatever doesn't get done now, we can fix in 6 months with warranty if its not a big deal to you". Comes time for warranty "It is the owner responsibility it is not covered. The home was built in a rush, but when its time to get things fixed it takes forever. hard to communicate with the workers language barrier, they show with work order lost and ask me what I need. Workers showed with incorrect paint.

The builder ([name removed]) is a straight worm. He did maybe 5% of our walkthrough items after my wife and I distinctly asked him for feedback on every single thing we blue taped and asked if this or that was in the realm of fixing or asking too much. He confidently told us he'd have every single thing fixed, maybe 3-5% of it was. I could tell when [name removed] walked up to us to shake our hand with his head held down it was going to be a shitty situation. These folks know that you are excited and you probably already have moving trucks scheduled, etc. They want you to close as soon as possible. I could see all the stress leave his body as we closed. He knew he had us. Also, where the hell is our mailbox? It has been over 2 months of having to go to the post office daily to get our mail (we run a business). Every single person from the builder to the HOA to the post office is literally blaming the next person. Also, it is pretty alarming the amount of stuff that is wrong with this place that should have been on a simple check list. We had to have 3 new dryers installed because of faulty wiring. Every outlet should be checked before selling. And no weather stripping on the front door? How?! Holy shit the reviews are terrible for Trophy on Google, Better Business Bureau, etc. And don't get me started on the warranty process. Everything we have submitted and had fixed is now worse. Our hardwood floors are in bad shape after having [name removed] Floors come out yesterday. Our closet rod was installed improperly. Paint touch ups done after closing made the walls look worse. The painter didnt put down anything and dripped paint all over our carpet and hardwood floors. The hardwood floor people left holes in the caulking yesterday and ruined our baseboards. Everyone with Trophy and in Trophy's orbit as a vendor is garbage. I actually wish this survey would lead to something better for others in the future but it won't.
