The response from the warranty team was I had to wait 3 months to fix the account went in a room. The sod was done bad there are gaps in the lawn. Everyone tried to wash their hands off. Except for the sales agent. The quality of the rooms doors is bad.

Everything went smooth, except for the garage and drive way. They both from my point of view look and feel old. Garage was not flat at most of the places it has holes and bumps and hairline cracks all over the place.

Understand every house has some issues. How builder and Trophy fix those issues is yet to be seen. Was asked to submit warranty as they stopped responding after the close. Perhaps their process. It’s a bag of mixed feelings. Some things are good however this one house is not at par with other houses in the same community by builder. Mentioned during final walk however was just talked and managed instead of fixing the exterior issues in the front of house. Bathtub with Nail in pipe on first walk was fixed without removing however that potentially resulted in a hairline crack. Submitted warranty claim for that Website had 25k promo and Fridge however fridge wasn’t provided. [name removed] pushed for that and got it however we just trusted the representative and ended up without getting it. [name removed] didn’t follow fair lending practices. Details in lender review.

Closing was fast which I like. No time to answer all my questions, everything was rushed which I dislike. House issues are not properly addressed

I was very surprised how transaction went bery smooth. Also contractor and builder were very polite and kind. [name removed] and [name removed] were very helpful and answer all my questions. Overall love the house~

I have like design . But one thing I dislike in the bathroom tub is very small.

[name removed]! She was the best thing that Trophy provided on the move in experience and walk-through. I bought with Trophy because of [name removed]'s hospitality, the bigger yard, the 3 car garage and the layout of the house. It seemed like a higher quality build than a lot of fast communities popping up.
