A few parts of the home were not completed upon move in and issues mentioned during walkthrough were not completed or discredited as “it won’t be a problem.” Since the walkthrough, one major issue in particular, that was discredited has become a problem.

It has been a horrible experience living in a supposedly newly built home with so much poor quality. Above all, Trophy Signatures Homes refused to answer calls or return calls over messages left to fix noted defects in the home despite having a builder's warranty for an entire year. I also filled out a research form like this in the past over six months ago and asked to be contacted. I never heard back from TSH. This is the poorest service I have ever received from any business entity in my entire life. It has been a nightmare for me and my family.

Multiple items in our home were uncomplete, unfinished, and in need of repair/replacement after closing. The community construction manager, [name removed], gave us false expectations, timelines, and commitments on when repairs, replacements, and unfinished task would be completed and was completely unresponsive to me at times. Our down stairs toilets and shower in master bathroom flooded due to clog in plumbing from Trophy's contractors and damaged our flooring in downstairs hallway and carpet in our master bedroom that has still not been replaced. Our back door was very damaged and would not open and close properly as not installed properly. Was told multiple times our door would be replaced with "a week" but was not addressed until I applied pressure on our construction manager waiting almost a month later. We were also missing simple items in our house such as closet rods in two of our closets which there was no urgency to resolve. Our brand new lock pad on our front door stopped working within 3 weeks of moving in and locked us out of our house, with that we had to pay a locksmith to gain entry into the house as Trophy would not send anyone out. Our new house is also infested with roaches and insects and have had to have an exterminator come out already 4 times within a month to eradicate the infestation. Needless to say we have been extremely displeased with our experience with Trophy homes. We will be very strong advocates to anyone looking to purchase a Trophy home to not purchase and look elsewhere.

The home had poor construction quality. Clothes Hangers were falling off from day one of moving in. The yard was flooding with rain water even before we moved in. The toilet system was no good and was blocked. The backyard had holes in them that was sand filled by the builders. The garage door was broken down from day one and there is a hole in the pillar support of the garage door. The backyard fence was poorly constructed. The home was built with cheap materials which was what [name removed] the Trophy staff told me and then said that it's the responsibility of the owner to upgrade the materials if they don't like it.

I like that we have a house but I dislike thst it’s a trophy signature home. Extremely shotty workmanship. When we were having issues with our house no one would give us the time of day to listen or even act like they cared. The entire process was extremely painful and full of frustration, grief, questions, and unprofessional/oblivious people who should’ve been giving us information throughout but didn’t until we asked. And even then they had no clue what was going on. NEVER AGAIN will we buy a trophy signature home or tell people to check out trophy signature homes.

We called you about a warranty issue with the green boxes in the backyard pouring water down between our house and our neighbors. This area has been wet all the time since we moved in an22 it's now impossible to mow between the houses. You informed us no warranty coverage because it is part of the irrigation system.' We have not watered this lawn more than 2-3 times and the parts inside the box are defective do not see how we are responsible for this. It is constantly wet an needs a french drain between homes which I am sure you would not install.

I have not been able to enjoy my home since closing almost a year ago, it has been the worst experience ever for me being a first time home owner, from the outside windows not properly placed/ needing to reconstruct the entire front to not having a heat line / worker poking holes inside trying to find where the heat line is to a tiny leak with A/C , to floor being completely redone because they were not properly installed, to windows leaking from rain causing water to soak carpet upstairs in game room, patio chipping etc… it has been a disaster from the start knowing they messed up on my house .. it’s not a good feeling especially when the workers tell me the homeowner how they did a rush job on my home specifically considering mine was the first built according to this blueprint and the previous workers did not know what they were doing which is why my windows were off centered and had to be redone…. Kinda XXXXX knowing that.

Our warranty guy himself ([name removed]) is great, very caring and gets stuff done. But getting contractors out here take months to happen; and when they do come out, it’s according to their availability and not ours, so we have to manage our own work schedule in order for the warranty service to happen.

The price for the quality was beyond my expectations. Communication between myself and the builder was great. My only issue was with the title company, I did not receive my CD until the day of closing an hour before the title company was closing.
