We love our home and the buying process was very easy. Recently we have noticed a lot of cracks within the kitchen, between the cabinets and walls, and the closet shelves.

The trophy agent wasn’t the best communicator. We were supposed to get weekly construction updates, we only received 3 of these over 5 weeks. He was also told about an issue in the house when we first walked the house, before we went under contract. He promised us it would be fixed but he never communicated it to the builder and therefore it was not fixed. Our agent said he was not an easy to work with and often came off rude. He was good to work with until he got us under contract.

I had already purchased a Trophy homes a year previously and have a 1031 [name removed] that required me to purchase something else . I love these homes. They are well built,easy to rent and this time I did it all myself from start to finish not requiring a broker which saved me some money at closing. I LOVE [name removed] [name removed] [name removed] that handled BOTH closings for me. Fast and I was confident that legally all of my needs were taken care of..no stress or worries! [name removed] the broker at Trophy was amazing and helpful in showing me this home and [name removed] my builder was thorough and spot on perfection for the tiny details in the final walk thru that needed to be taken care of. Vey satisfied with my SECOND TROPHY HOME both of which are in [name removed] [name removed]. The park areas and pool are clean,well kept and VERY FAMILY FREINDLY.

Slow response and quality home is not great for the price. It’s getting too crowded already and landscaping of the common place (specifically the grassy area by the main entrance) is not kept up nicely despite the high HOA.

The mortgage company that Tropy homes use split into 2 companies. It was a mess and this was in the middle of my loan process

Builders left all the weep holes open so rats were immediately inside the walls which I've learned is a normal practice. It should be normal to properly take care of this before people move in to take care of themselves. Cost me 3k to get rats out and seal up the house.

Contract through move-in was great! Only concern was the final walk. A few things were not fixed from the initial walk and we were told “no home is completely perfect”. Other than that most things were fixed and everything was smooth and taken care of.

i really enjoyed the overall experience, however the sales agent wasn't as great as i would like. i didn't really like the fact that i didn't receive my keys when i closed b/c i was met with a $3600 fee for closing late. this was not in my control and bc of this it almost detoured me from purchasing a Trophy Home and almost pulled out of my deal
