1) The friendly approach of [name removed] (the Sales Agent) during the Sales process, her availability to answer questions and the help she provided to expedite the process so that we would be able to close on the scheduled date. 2) The walk-through process: the time that [name removed] (the Developer) took to go around with me and jot down all the items I pointed out to correct; and the fact that they were all done by the date of the final walk-through date was admirable.
