The only downfall was the salesperson in the Trophy model home who did not make it clear to us that the tree line behind our home would completely disappear. She said they might "clean it up" but that most would remain. That tree line was a major reason we stuck to this neighborhood. But...that said, we were committed to Trophy Homes because we think the quality of the build and the materials put into these homes is superior to the other builders we've looked at - in this neighborhood and others in the area. The designs are beautiful, great use of space, nice color choices all the way around. We are very happy with the house itself and with our [name removed], [name removed], who has graciously helped us over just a couple of tiny hitches (sticking garage door, a paint can ring on the bathroom counter, and a paint stain on the bedroom carpet). Thank you for a beautiful home!

Overall a good experience but it needs to be made a little more clear that appliances are not covered. You have to contact whirlpool directly even for stove vent issues.

Started off rocky when the previous warranty manager didn't follow through. [name removed] is now in charge and, so far, he is getting our issues taken care of quickly and efficiently.

[name removed] was great with handling all the paperwork and answering questions as we visited every 2 weeks to check on the home building process. There were times when they had my name misspelled but were able to resolve by the last day of signing. After moving in we felt great as it is my first home. The house is exactly what we were looking for. But 1 thing we didn’t like is there are spaces in the house where bugs enter and we almost find them daily. We are worried about that since we have a baby and it’s not good for him.

The Warrantee service is the worst I have ever seen! In the first 3 months, the then contruction manager was more responsive in addressing issues but since another manager was assigned during the 90 day assessment, things has gone downhill. We have been having all sorts of issues parrticularly with the sprinkler which has still not been resolved. The last time we raised another ticket for it, I was asked to wait for about a week so as to combine it with the 90 day visit. During that visit, the construction manager checked it out together with other concerns that we had in the home. Surprisely, there was no follow up response from them. I tried to reach out a couple of time inquiring about the status of particularly the sprinkler and water leaking via the front door when it rains but did not recieve any response. I was completely ignored.Then, I noticed the tree in the front yard started dying and immediately raised another ticket on that issue and to my surprise, they immediately responded informing me that the tree is not covered by warranty. In other words, they are very quick to response to surpossed non waranty issues and ignored me on issues that required immediate attention. I was very frustrated and called their office and spoke to a lady and after that call, the construction manager got back to me. He confirmed recieving my ticket and will follow up. But what was more frustrating was when he told me in his email that he will have to personally observe those issues before any repair will be done. That got me really thrown aback as it was the same guy that came for the 90 day visit about a week ago! In other words, that visit was just to come check their "to do" box and all the issues that we raised was thrown to the thrash bin. I reminded and asked him if he was not the same guy that came and why he need to come again? He then conceeded and finally confirmed he had arranged to have someone from the irrigation company to come August 16, 2024 between 12 - 4 pm. We waited all day and no one showed up. I have already informed him about it and he responded that he has contacted them again. What a horrible service!!

[name removed] and [name removed] have been phenomenal at assisting with some property ground issues. However the floor board inside my home is starting to pop up and needs caulking. I placed at warranty request, the response I received was that it can not be done due to as-is… this was it in the agreement as far as I can see. No one called or directed me to where it was stated in the contract. I believe this was an error on the warranty side and I should have had some help w the re caulking on the floor boards.

Poor communication. No one shows up or responds to emails. Trying to have the same thing fixed over and over. Sending over non English speaking personnel to resolve issues. I never imaged this poor of service.

That my yard drainage has stagnant water anytime it rains; however, it is within the “threshold”. Bugs (nats/mosquitoes) are always around the water and nobody will take care of it.

The pool and amenity center is not at all what was advertised!! Those were two very important factors in our decision. The pool is not even half the size of the picture on signs and hand outs. Park area is a huge disappointment. This a huge development - amenities are an important part - would not have lived here if I had known the truth.

Usually we get a response right away about the warranty. However, it typically it takes weeks before actually getting someone out to do the actual job. Sometimes it takes multiple times of calling/texting before ever getting a response. For example, no one showed up yesterday as promised and i waited all day. They then told me AFTER I TEXTED [name removed] and then had to text [name removed], that someone would be here saturday. I have asked 3 times for a timeframe so that i am not waiting around the entire day again.

We moved into a new phase, first move-in on the street, consequently some things happened that we were surprised by (not told about) but we are trying to be patient because we totally love our new home and the lot we chose. Those things were: no internet available for a couple of months, no mail, not recognized on Google maps and no trash pickup. This seems like a good place to mention that services are important and knowing up front can be helpful for everyone involved. All other experiences were perfect from contract through move-in.

The house itself is beautiful, but construction was rushed and, while the warranty crew has promised to fix the issues that were present with build quality (uneven drywall, missing paint spots, large gaps in trim, garage door misaligned, nail pops, air conditioning and insulation issues) when I moved in, we’re still working on those things 11 months later. And many of these things were pointed out during the blue tape walkthrough before moving in.

The lack of professionalism. It is about compiling the job even if it’s not completed properly. Just finish it and have it look however. No pride in the brand. When we call to get things fixed they treat us like a hassle. People do not show up when they say they are and things that were covered in the walkthrough are no longer covered. They will not be fixed. If we would have known that we would have bought a used home.

The house was having major issues after the first orientation of the house. I was rushing into sign the 2nd orientation and was told if I missed signing the final paper, I would pay 700 dollars for each day of delaying.

The flooring is bubbling up. The sprinklers were poor placed and most are covered up. The tile in the master bath on walls cracked. Response time is poor when complaints are placed. The nails that hold the carpet were not bent down and find them while barefoot. The grass along the side of the backyard when construction on the neighbors home was destroyed due to the construction. Home came with furry tenants.

The warranty service has been great so far. They’ve been good about looking at problems and making sure they get fixed. The Trophy warranty agents have been kind and responsive as well, although sometimes the contractors have been slow to respond or need to come out multiple times. I’ve had to put in quite a few warranty requests on this house so far because of issues with the drywall and fixtures that couldn’t be fixed within the time of the blue tape pass, and they’ve mostly been good. I’ve been told, however, that there are sections of warping or major texture inconsistencies which aren’t covered by the warranty, and I feel that they should have been fixed when I pointed them out with blue tape.

Front bedroom can get quite hot if we close the door, because repairs are being consolidated at near year's end. AC Air leaking through cracks in that room.

Lender and buying process was great. Walk through with builder was disappointing. Builder continues to make excuses for issues with drainage in yard.
