We chose our home because it was advertised online as having upgraded appliances ( gas stove top and convection oven and fireplace ). Our home.did come with the stove top and fireplace but not the convection oven. We caught this oversight before we closed on the home (12/4/24) and was acknowledged by the Construction Manager that it was advertised with a convection oven. The construction manager put in a request to have the issue addressed. We reached out several times to see if there was a resolution yet but as of today 1/19/25 have heard nothing back about this issue. The upgraded appliances were a major factor in purchasing the house we got and we would like to have what was advertised or have something else offered in place of the oven either monatary or some other appliance such as a new fridge of equal value of a convection oven.We did appreciate the way some minor issues that were found were addressed by [name removed] our construction manager and were dealt with in a timely manner. [name removed] has been very helpful in answering questions and helping us navigate the process of getting a new home. [name removed] our salesperson was awsome during the whole process keeping us updated during the whole home buying process.

From start to finish, I was kept well-informed with frequent updates, including multiple phone calls and photos sent my way. A huge shoutout to [name removed], my incredible Construction Manager, and [name removed], my amazing Community Sales Manager! Thank you both so much for your outstanding support throughout the process. [name removed]

Overall a great experience, however, we cannot get mail service in the [name removed] community. For over a month now, the post office still does not recognize my address and I can't change it with most companies I do business with. I continue to get a message of "the US post office does not recognize that address." The builder should register these addresses with the postal service as soon as development starts. We've been informed we will not even receive mail service until after the first of the year! This is such a major inconvenience and one that could have been easily prevented.
