1. Quality of overall finishing is low especially paint job, kitchen cabinets, doors and garden fence and in particular the garden / backyard 2. Community facilities are non-existent with no easy access to main community centre. Am yet to see HOA clean any of the walk ways. All said, Trophy sales team is great and warranty folks are extremely helpful!

I had some delays with the Oven and Circuit breaker which lasted longer than expected. Eventually the issue was resolved and I think the Trophy team went above and beyond with the resolution process

Once we chose our home, [name removed] was very cooperative and responsive to our asks. [name removed], the construction manager, did a fantastic job with our initial inspection and followed up on the callouts we made. He also followed up and responded to our questions in a timely manner. [name removed] and [name removed] have been great to work with.

Trophy did a great job of communicating throughout the entire process. We were given regular updates on the progress of the house and when we could expect for things to be completed. We regularly visited the property during the building process and when we had questions about how something looked they were answered promptly

Not many floor plans that worked well. E.g. [name removed] area in all but the Matese floor plans are located in proximity to household activity [name removed] was very helpful. So is [name removed].
