poorly executed contract and construction. Lack of cooperation and communication from builder during construction, orientation and final walk thru and after move in. Poor workmanship quality and not meeting Trophy signature quality as I seen . No proper quality check before handoff to owner. Day-1 move in faced severe plumbing issues caused water overflow into bathroom floor.
