I am satisfied with my house but the only thing i would of like is to have the master bedroom in the front of the house instead of the back.

We did like the property manager and the builder we were working with before close. However, we did not like the preferred lending company. The loan officer I worked with was not helpful at all. he was very unprofessional and I had to sort through the process myself. They even messed up the amount I was to send to the title company and I found out last minute the day before closing which he did not apologize for but kept trying to tell me that I made the mistake even though they sent me the documents to sign. We do not like the spot for the main living room tv placement is not ideal. For one there are not stud to mount the tv and you cannot have the tv on a stand because it will block the fireplace. Also it limits how you can have your sofas set up closing up the space. We also d not like that the irrigation system in one part of the house is still having issues. And that the quality of the windows were not that great one cracked before move in and another within a couple of months after move in (on their own). The side of the garage is already cracking on the outside and the light outside the garage is already dead. There are already cracks inside the house as well. It just feels like some of the things are not of good quality and nit meant for long term use as suggested.

The builders do terrible work and make excuses for their wrong doing on the other hand warranty department acts like a completely different entity from Trophey and make up policies on what they will address and not …although the mistakes were done by builders under the same company. Warranty repairs aren’t coordinated well, I got 3 warranty managers in 6 months having to re-explain issues to each one of them, then they disappear and I get assign a new one. [name removed] is too high for the little amnesties the community has to offer ( I still don’t even know what I am paying for) I liked how helpful the sale agent has been .

The commitment to quality spoken about when being shown homes did not show in the final product of our home at all. The final product was sloppy, overspray, messy areas with caulking on the floor, the tile in our master restroom was horrible, nothing was straight not something you’d expect from new build at all; more like the sloppy work of an inexperienced diy job. We were told the tile in the master bath would be fixed and finished by close on 1/20, it is now 2/20 and we are still awaiting a tile delivery. The exterior of the home is gorgeous, our interior however did not meet the quality of a lot of the other homes we were shown. We have cracks in our drywall that were fixed my sloppily smearing caulking into them and painting over with no attempts at all to match the textured walls, so there are smooth patches all over the home. Just very disappointing to be afraid to make warranty claims in fear that they will just make things worse. It would be nice to have confidence in your builder.
