I liked that [name removed] was onsite and communicated quickly and effectively. I was able to reach him by email & text. My builder - [name removed] has also been great at communicating both in person and during the process or when needing to schedule meet-ups or minor clean-ups/touch ups. I liked that both guys were very patient and answered all my questions, even when I asked something more than once, as the experience was my first time purchasing a home, and that can be quite overwhelming with information overload.

[name removed] is wonderful! He does a great job of communicating. The contractors do not always do a good job of communicating and following through. For example, we had some nails sticking out of the ceiling that needed to be replaced.. Someone came and fixed them but forgot to paint them. We had some gentleman sent to the home that could not speak english, and we had no idea what they came for. They put us on the phone with the contractor and it didn't appear to be the right house or job. We also put in a few requests recently that were non emergency and were informed that we had to wait until the 6 month mark. I wish I had known that, so we submitted the request again and have not heard from you guys. It has been a week. Despite that, we are happy overall with our first home!

The warranty team has been absolutely responsive to all of queries, visits and followup items. I am really impressed with their responsiveness due to the number of homes that Trophy builds and the warranty team must cover.

All have been extremely professional and the process has worked very well. We are enjoying our new home. This process, of the 7 or 8 times we have purchased homes is by far the best. Thanks

[name removed] with loan company was very helpful and I found it to be a smooth process and communication was good. The house turned out great. I am very happy with the house overall with only a couple of minor issues.

I loved the positive energy displayed by the agent. He was very knowledgeable, passionate and informative. He did not try to talk me into a purchase/try to sale me the house but informed me of all the benefits and incentives. My decision was built on relationship your team built with me. My only concern was when we had a challenge, I observed a major leak and brought it to the rep attention. This in my opinion should have been brought to me.
