It was mostly at move in. You can hear the heating unit roar into my daughters room at all time when it is running. I have lived in other homes that were new built and the quality with this home is just not there. A lot of the light plates are crooked and some support beams are pushing the wall already. My family and I have worked in residential construction for over 30 years and this by far is the worse. If I could return my home I would in a heart beat. Nails were also sticking up in the stairs through the carpet. Safety hazard for my three girls. Luckily they did not get hurt and I was the one who got hurt on my foot. Had to get a tet XXXXX shot.
