Trophy homes have beautiful spacious homes and we love the home that we chose. I loved having a walk-through giving me all the information about my new home when I bought it. I also have been very satisfied with the quality of the home. There have been a couple of warranty issues, and Trophy Homes made it easy and quickly resolved those issues completely. I've been very impressed with everything about Trophy Homes.

Dislike - the quality of the build and some of the products used and workmanship of the builder team/contractors. Some work is very poorly executed and would have been easier to do it right he first time with good works and products I've owned 6 homes in the past and not one of them had to have redoes of workmanship like this home. Like very much - [name removed] with Warranty as he does work very hard to make right the poor original work. We still have serval tickets open and hope to see all completed as I trust [name removed] will make happen. I apricate having [name removed] on Warranty management for us.

We are having issues with our refrigerator. Trophy is trying to get it resolved, but the appliance people are pointing fingers at the electrician and the electrician is pointing fingers at the appliance people. I really believe it is an appliance issue. Cycles on and off when using the "Crushed" ice feature. Otherwise we are satisfied and once this is resolved we will be 100% satisfied.

You recruit your people very well because they absolutely looove what they do! We met [name removed] on our first visit and goooshh we were so blown away by her hospitality! So genuine and really listens to what you’re looking for in a home. She took her time to take us to EVERY home we wanted to see and more she recommended and she did all of this without showing any exasperation. I could say more, but I’ll end here. In short [name removed] was amazing. And then even after closing when we came to pick up our keys, the new gentleman, I think his name is [name removed] came and spoke to us while [name removed] finished off with a customer. He congratulated us and took his time with us. In most cases if he knew we already bought and would not benefit him in any way he could have just gone back to his office!!! You have an amazing sales team!!! The purchase experience was pretty smooth and we were well updated right through.

The back yard lawn was full of weed when I moved in for the first day and I was instructed later on that it had no warranty coverage.
