The experience through Trophy was as good as we could've expected; however, the experience with ServiceFirst [name removed] company who is utilized by Trophy Homes has been nothing short of a headache. Through the selling of our previous home and purchasing of our Trophy Home, [name removed] has constantly made mistakes, one individual was extremely rude to our realtor, and one individual even told us they do not even use their own company! Would highly recommend others to buy with Trophy BUT do not finance through Trophy if it is with ServiceFirst.

Everyone was so professional and thorough. My agent was kept informed as well. While I didn’t expect things to move so quickly, in the end it all worked out.

The garage was handed over unfinished painting, I think that's the very basic and reasonable. Other builders will handover with full finish. Am quite not happy. Within two days of my moving the master bedroom toiletis not flushing out I raised this concern the office said if it is my mistake the home owner will be charged for fixing it. How and why will I damage the toilet flusher on my own. Quit disappointed:(

Had a bit of difficulty getting a call back when seeking information from a Zillow post. I was so excited about the house/floor plan, that I wanted to talk to someone right away and had to track someone down. Other than that, I have had nothing but a great experience.

I loved our sales representative who was so patient, helpful, and friendly. He was always willing to open up the house for us to see the construction progress. I loved meeting everyone who worked for Trophy. They made you feel like a friend and not a customer.
