[name removed] was an awesome sales representative. She always went the extra mile to help us out and made our purchasing experience a pleasure. [name removed] in Warranty services has been completely amazing getting absolutely every last issue resolved in a very timely manner. He is a wonderful resource and an incredibly nice guy. Special thanks to both of them are truly in order!!!

As first time home buyers we were met with [name removed]'s patience and understanding for months. When we found the home we fell in love with we ran into the preferred lending company. [name removed] with green brick was inconsistent and extremely unhelpful. Our realtors checked in with him multiple times stating that if he needed any assistance to explain the process to us in "simple" terms as new home buyers they would love to help. They got the response of "I've been doing this for years". However, [name removed] rarely ever answered our questions or made us feel secure with the entire process. Countless times we were given a DocUSign email and told to sign usually with less than 24 hours notice or 24-48 stating that it needed to be done end of day knowing my husband is a fireman. We felt very unsure and alone during this time. Constantly told to "just sign and our questions will be changed and finalized in later documents". [name removed] consistently demonstrated lack of efforts or support for us. We even got told to sign documents that we never received and followed by "Oh, well I will get it sent out after I am home from vacation". Unfortunately, our hesitations and issues with [name removed] followed us all the way to the closing table when we had to make a phone call to him due to changed dollar amounts on our mortgage from what was signed 3 days prior. All I expected was to have someone care about expanding my knowledge in such big life decisions and we received the exact opposite. [name removed] was and is nothing short of amazing! He stated that he did not want us thinking about our home at the closing table and all the changes it may have needed and he certainly lived up to that! We were met with patience, kindness, and understanding just as we had with [name removed] from the beginning. From our first walk through, final walk, and 30 day check in he has never left us with any questions or concerns with our home or who to reach out to next. [name removed] and [name removed] are truly such a blessing for new home buyers and a solid reason to choose Trophy Homes!

The friendly service, attention to detail by the sales rep but especially I LOVED that the builder was able to provide a significant number of dollare for me to cover my closing costs. This home purchase exceeded every expectation.

The whole Trophy team was amazing. Made me feel comfortable throughout the whole process. The builder [name removed] and [name removed] the manager answered and questions or concerns I had. And continued to be responsive quickly after I choose my home. Great experience!

Everyone we encountered was very pleasant and straightforward about what was coming next or what to expect. The closing process was so smooth. As first time buyers, we had heard how stressful it could be but we felt at ease throughout the entire process.

[name removed] has repeatedly gone above and beyond since we moved in and it is so appreciated! As new homeowners, we have a lot to learn, but he has been patient and understanding with our issues and questions!

[name removed], our builder, has been extremely courteous, polite and efficient throughout the walk through and addressing any and all maintenance factors that we have addressed with him. Whilst we are delighted with our new home, we are equally pleased to have developed positive relationships with the people that are responsible for the sale process.
