There are quality issues with material used in construction. Scratch marks on door knobs, vanity tops, sink, and shower area were never taken care of. The fence is poorly installed and is vulnerable to damage during a severe weather event

[name removed], our builder, has been extremely courteous, polite and efficient throughout the walk through and addressing any and all maintenance factors that we have addressed with him. Whilst we are delighted with our new home, we are equally pleased to have developed positive relationships with the people that are responsible for the sale process.
