Our initial experience was poor. The house was not properly inspected and cleaned prior to closing. In the beginning, communication and follow through with repair services was inadequate. Once new personnel ([name removed])took charge of our warranty services our experience improved; complaints were handled in a timely and professional manner.

I do not like the fact that the driveway is shaped in such a way that makes parking in the two car garage difficult. Why do some houses have straight driveways and others are curved/slanted. It is neither stylish nor effective. Quotes to redo the driveway runs into thousands of dollars, and that is an unfair cost to have owners bear when it could have been taken care of at the construction stage. Also, the stairway landing facing the living room is blocked by sheetrock while the other facing the entryway is rail. Does not make much sense. Contemporary styles of builders such as Trophy have rail throughout. Also, there are just some things in the [name removed] plan that just don't make sense. Why is there no powder room/half bath? Why is the guest bedroom so close to the master bedroom when it could have been conveniently place close to the entrance downstairs like the Mercury. Why is there two pantries when one is already large enough. I feel the space was not efficiently utilised. To add, we were made to understand that there was going to be a fountain created at the space overlooking the backyard of my property. At the time of purchase, there was a large sign placed "Community Pond". This was one of the selling points for us as we were under the impression we we would have a pond. Only for it to be changed to "Green Areas". We are now living in fear of snakes and other creeping things that may breed in the so called Green Areas, and find their way unto our property. TROPHY, please do something about this!!!!

They don't seem to be able or want to fix anything. Multiple service request have been submitted and we still have some outstanding service request that have not been completed.

Our sales representative [name removed] was amazing. She went above and beyond. [name removed] on the Builders end was amazing as well. He listened and took care of us.

The bathroom cabinet are not properly done. They started falling apart few days we moved in. When I requested for repair via warranty they said they do not cover it. Secondly the material they use in construction are cheap. Just few days to moving in to our house, we found several window screen damaged. Also the electrical out for all of the bathroom uses only one RFI (reset). Now this RFI has not been working for the past 3 months. We actually have been using extension cord to get power into the bathrooms. This is hazardous and doesn’t make sense for the price we paid for this house. When I generate a warranty for any issues, it’s takes weeks before i can get a reply back. I am not satisfied with the house and I will not recommend anyone to buy for Trophy signature home because they don’t big quality. They use cheap materials to build and low quality construction.

Disliked the outdated selection sheet which led to us ordering wrong material and delaying our move in timeline. Liked how fast the close was and how responsive the builder was in addressing the cosmetic issues.

Trophy need to change some contractors or train them to do clean job so you don't have to spend more on repairs, But the Builders rep was Awesome "[name removed]"

My lights are dying 1 by 1 (total of 6 now). I haven't been in the home for month. The attic door keeps falling. A guy came out to fix it last week, but I noticed it down yesterday when I went upstairs. For the record, I firmly shut it every time.

Many, many small BS problems! [name removed] has busted his ass for us to try and fix all the 'shit' that the previous Contractor left!!! Mostly small, never ending, unprofessionaly, half ass done??? NO! I would not recommend anyone to purchase a Trophy [name removed]! Wish I didn't...

Having being charged a fee for an extra day because of funds supposedly not received Intime. The bank had let us know they funds were disbursed timely despite Trophy telling us they hadn't received it. We never had a say even when closing kept being pushed we felt that extra fee put a dent in our whole experience.
