[name removed] is a great warranty manager (10 / 10 rating), he always calls me to tell he scheduled a service or follow ups with me whether the service is completed or not. One feedback should be to expedite addressing the reported issues (this I understand is not in [name removed]'s control.. the Trophy Corporate need to find a best approach [contract additional servicing company etc.,] so the home owners are satisfied.

Trophy did not meet its commitment, My initial contract which was issued and given two weeks to sign was canceled stating they met their quarterly targets and Trophy sold the same home 2 weeks later by increasing the price by $10,000. It is totally unprofessional greedy corporate ethics. Please note this feedback is for the corporate to improve its service and this should not impact any ground level employees who I assume could not make a difference on this case.

I liked the professional deal with customer in purchase stage , I disliked the method of showing the model home and claimed that the builder will build as similar of home model , I think the transpercey is required and need to explain that the new home will be different than the home model ( Details of home )

Purchase experience was not great. The sales team was pretty rude initially. There was no options for me to choose. The pictures in the website had windows but the home misses them for safety reasons. But keeping the model pictures consistent with what it looks in real would have been really helpful and avoided feeling back once the home is delivered

[name removed] explain all the details stated in the contract before signing and made the experience a lot smoother. During closing he followed up on multiple issues related to the property and made sure they got fixed. [name removed] is my construction manager who addressed all the issues. You cannot ask for any better person to manage your home construction. [name removed] was on top of all issues reported and got them addressed on timely manner. He is very good at frequent followup's and worked with me closely during the first month after move in. In my opinion, [name removed] is the Best construction Manager Trophy Homes got.

We Haven't given enough time for the 1st walkthrough and closure date due to the construction issues. We had our 2nd walkthrough on the day I closed my home. If we had some time we would have noticed the major issues we are facing now due to poor quality of the home

Like 1. Clear communication, sale manager is [name removed] is doing great job in clarifying the questions and his inputs are really valuable for first time home buyers. 2. Both [name removed] - Construction manager and [name removed] are helpful throughout the process till closing. 3. After closing I can see on time warranty team on time responses and repairs. Dislike 1. Multiple date movement from closing, originally my closing date was Dec and ended up closing after 3 months. I understand currently lot of factors involved in current market condition. If we could propose near term date of closing will help buyer to plan their movement from apartment and rate lock etc...

The closing process was very smooth and the team handled us in a professional way. The final walkthrough observations are being taken care on timely manner. The one dislike part was our closing date was pushed 3 times even that’s understandable as builder may need to go multiple inspection and approval, winter time and supply delay due to pandemic.

Likes: - Communication from sales with the regular status updates - House layout and plan. - Smooth paperwork. - Fact that standard house has decent upgrades Dislikes: - The house was closed with exceptions and that hasn’t been addressed even 7 weeks after the house closing and is still open. Despite regular follow-ups, we haven't seen a response from the construction manager. The warranty program isn’t effective in the first month but even after that, all the issue that was raised in the first month was channeled through the same construction management, and getting their attention on this matter have been challenging. They do make us feel unheard. - Some of the work that should’ve been done before closing was done very recently and it did cause a lot of inconveniences. Specifically, for the cabinets it was well raised in exceptions wasn’t addressed until 3/3 that’s over 6 weeks after closing. In order to complete that job, we had to move appliances and that job took almost an entire day to complete. - And again, working with the construction manager since closing has been extremely frustrating. Exceptions aren’t addressed yet. there has been a long email thread going on to request to address those exceptions from us without much traction. Even something small such as small caulk jobs isn’t being done yet. - House wasn’t locked even a few days prior to the walkthrough, and appliances were stolen that caused flood damage and pushed out the move-in date by 2 weeks with a lot of pending items. We had to be in temp accommodation due to this. Very inconvenient for us.
